Predictable but still good Eric Balfour was terrific.
Verified purchase
Such a predictable story and plot. However, having said that it wasn't half bad at all. Erick Balfour is outstanding as the man who is kidnapped and locked in what boils down to an over that when the voice tells him that he has to cough up a ton of money which he claims not to have the voice seems to know a lot about him an the fact that he has tons of money so armed with only a cell phone he has to come up with the money or else roast to death in the prison. The ending was in a way satisfying, considering as I said it was predictable. Who do you root for when all are bad guys. I say check it out when you have a moment and I will recommend it.

This is a bad re-take on Saw series
Verified purchase
This is a bad re-take on Saw series. It is not as suspenseful and mind-wrenching and interesting as Saw. The keeper's voice, which does sounds almost like Saw's recording voice, almost sounds comical since it sometimes doesn't sound serious enough. The story line pretty generic and no surprise. I just skipped around some scene to find out the general plot, since all the detail of the scenes are pretty much predictable.

low budget bad acting/directing - "one room" thriller
Verified purchase
there are a few movies based on one room and is a thriller. this is one of the ok versions . the directing is not great, the base story could have been done much better. the laughable ending was poorly written and casted. However, as far as these movies go, this is OK. Better execution/direction is needed.

Good Mystery

I liked the movie nice twist at the end. Only thing i disliked is the fact that the main character should have died instead of the brother and wives. He lost his wife but still left a millionaire. A lying, crooked con man like him should have gotten worst.

I liked it. Suspenseful.

This movie was pretty good. Main actor was good and it kept you on the edge of your seat. Parts were long and drawn out but ending was worth the wait. A little over the top at the end but still had a good plot. Could've gone a different way at the end. I think they didn't know how to end this one to make it interesting. Suspenseful and I'd watch it one more time.

It's not bad by any means, but very predictable. Better off watching Saw.
