The only thing I gained from it was the idea that you should not miss a planned activity more than 2 days in a row. So, if you want to go to the gym and you did not go yesterday, you HAVE to go today - even if it is for five minutes. There, I just saved you money.
Skip it, you can get the same information from a youtube video or blog for free.
This book is great for those who want a successful method for working with goals and visions. I also liked the part about cycle of apathy. Recommended for everyone!
