Great show

Honestly I would give it a high number if I could. I love this show, more then the original 9-1-1. This show just has so many new topics most shows wouldn't touch on, or even talk about. This show Also talks about different topics respectfully, unlike many shows I have seen. Most shows would make fun of different "unnatural" topics like being gay or trans or even having a different religon. I have personally recommend this show to everyone, and I couldn't love the characters more (especially T.K and Carlos). I do recommend it unless you are and unhappy human who can't stand to see people be happy and unjudged by others for who they are. If you aren't into people being who they are don't watch.

9-1-1 upgrade

Who knew you could upgrade the 9-1-1 franchise. I thought 9-1-1 was innovative and fresh. I resisted a TX version because I suspected it would embarrass the formula that works so well in the original. Pleasantly surprised. Good job Fox!

Nothing but filth.

This program doesn't even make it to 1 star. I can't believe this program is on at 7pm. All it pertains to is sex. No storyline. No drama. This is what our kids watch? Gays, trans, impotency. What does all this have to do with firefighting and emergency rescue.

sooo much better than i was expecting. refreshingly character driven

my SO is an EMT so we started watching because they wanted to yell at the medical inaccuracies but we both got super hooked on the characters. its so refreshing to see male characters who can do things other than be violent, and a father and son who actually?? talk?? i mean yeah its unrealistic because we all know american men can't do that but it sure is nice to see. unlike all the people complaining about how its 'too PC' most of my family works in the medical field. sorry to burst y'all's bubble but trans people and muslims and gay folks are already in your hospitals and your ambulances and your firehouses. also i love judd and grace. they actually seem like a real married couple. yeah everything's not always perfect, but they love each other, and work through stuff. this show acknowledges the stuff that so many real americans deal with: lack of healthcare, trauma, mental illness, immigration, the tragedy of natural disasters. it doesn't preach anything it just admits that this is a reality for lots of people. i also like that its not so much "case of the week" the emergency calls are there to drive the story, and the characters.

also my SO says to put in my review that they love how many emergencies are because people just do the dumbest sh*t!

Just too much PC.

I wanted to love this show because of the two main characters. But it quickly became evident that the show is just a Show about including all different types of people. Of course that is not a bad thing overall but I. Reality, what firehouse is going to have a gay guy, a Muslim woman, a trans guy etc all lead by this 55 year old hetero hip white guy.

one star because there was not a zero star option

While the original 911 show included explicit non-traditional relationships and sex outside of marriage early on, this settled out as seasons went on. This one starts in the pilot. Sorry I bought the whole season now. I respect people's right to choose, but I choose not to watch this show anymore.

I like Rob and LIv. They add a little credence to the show. The writers need to step it up a little, don't need so much male interaction. This lowers the ratings, I'm sure. Bring use more action, less interaction...then you have a winner!
