However, it seems to be a good source for properly evaluating a property, and it is worth the price. Just know there is no information on financing the purchase.
There is good info in the book and I learned some things, but I was hoping for a book about investing into homes. You can use some of the info he gives for this too, but mostly it’s for complex’s.
Unlike all of Kiyosaki’s books, and I’ve read them all, Ken actually gives real life examples of how to do the things he says. Kiyosaki gives you all the problems, but never any solutions to actually earning residual income. It’s marketing so you will buy his courses or go to the $10k seminars.
I say this because Kens book is on the rich dads publishing company. Didn’t know that until I got it.
So it’s a pretty good book, and might add good value to you if your looking to do mega deals and form teams to purchase apartments.
Also good to learn some vetting techniques about geographical areas, and that was the best part for me.
Ken starts by dispelling a lot of myths that keep people from getting started in real estate. Whatever excuse you think you may have, there's a way to get around it. He then walks you through each of the necessary steps to take until you are the proud owner of a real estate investment!

I haven't finished this book but its pretty good from what I have learnt. It "actually" helped me take some action (which is the hardest step).
Wouldn't help if someone just read and throw. This is one of those books which need you to go out and do what it says. So don't expect to just start and finish this book and expect anything from it.
Go out, at least "try to do" what it says and see your perspective changed.
Shame it took a while to arrive..
