Dawn spent much of her childhood making up stories filled with romance, drama and excitement. She loved fairy tales, although if she cast herself as a character, she’d more likely have played the part of the Court Jester than the Princess. She didn’t recognise it at the time, but she was searching for the emotional depth in the stories she read. It wasn’t enough to be told the Prince loved the Princess, she wanted to know how he felt and to see him declare his love. She wanted to see the wedding. And so, she’d furnish her stories with those details.
Nowadays, she hopes to write books that will engage readers’ passions. From poignant stories set during the First World War, to the zany antics of the inhabitants of the fictitious town of Basilwade; and from historical romances, to the fantasy adventures of a group of anthropomorphic animals led by a chicken with delusions of grandeur, she explores the richness and depth of human emotion.
A book by Dawn will offer laughter or tears – or anything in between, but if she touches your soul, she’ll consider her job well done.
She has been a finalist in the Wishing Shelf Book Awards for 2017 and 2020, Readers' Favorite Book Awards 2018 and Independent Author Network Book of the Year Award 2018.
Dawn has also written two plays about the First World War, which have been performed in England, Germany and France.

Bio:
S.N.Graves was born in the South and can’t see calling anyplace without a Waffle House home. She earned her M.F.A. in Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University in 2014 and is a senior editor at Loose Id LLC.
It was either write or become the world’s lamest super villain and cat lady, so S.N.Graves focused all her spinster energy into tormenting her characters instead of laying siege to the world with monkey assassins and satanic subliminal messages in cute cat videos. She is happily married to the self-proclaimed victim of Stockholm syndrome, David Graves, and enjoys duct taping her two teenage sons to a chair and forcing them to read all the ugly first drafts of her urban fantasy books.
I love words. I always have. I remember being five years old at Christmas and my parents gave me a crazy set of "Children's Classics." Black Beauty, Water Babies, The Man in the Iron Mask. I couldn't read any of them, but the potential was heady. By 8th grade, I knew I wanted to be a writer when I grew up. I had landed in honour's english class, which was all about words. I learned about Shakespeare and wrote my own Greek myth. And I never looked back.
If you let me, I'll share that love with you, in ways you may not have explored before. We'll go on journeys into dark, forbidden places. We'll sigh and smile and turn the page and hold our breaths. I promise to bring you safely home.

The science fiction “Consensus” novels depict one family’s struggle in the face of alien invasion, and the “Vol’kris Chronicles” are a series of standalone tales that explore humanity’s misadventures in a world ruled by insects.

Thomas was born into the harsh winters in the Nordic Finland. Tempered by the shamanic winds, thousand lakes with a thousand stories, the whispers of the birch filled forests, he fell in love with horror at the tender age of 6 when he saw Re-Animator. That led him to search for the source story and that was it. Cosmic horror wrapped it’s nebulous tentacles around his imagination and it has been feeding it ever since.
Consuming book after book, he realized his dream; to be a writer. And that dream has guided him his entire life.

My name is Andrew Kurtz and I am a horror author.
I have not published any novels as of yet, but am in numerous anthologies, which you can view by going to my author link.
As a child I have loved horror, whether it was watching a horror film or reading horror literature.
I am a comic book collector and have an extensive library of book, mainly horror and science fiction.
If you ask me what my favorite horror film is, I can not answer because there are so many that I love.
Jason Voorhees murders at CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE, Michael Myers slaughters in HADDONFIELD, Freddy Kruger causes nightmares on ELM STREET, and I write horror short stories.
My vampires do not drink blood, they devour it. The werewolves in my stories do not resemble four legged dogs, but bipedal monstrosities that have an undying bloodlust during the full moon.
If you are looking for happy endings then do not read my stories because will be disappointed.
My characters die in the most gory manner possible and whether the are new born infants or 90 year old does not matter.
We all love dogs and cats. In my stories they are torn to pieces while still alive.
My human monsters are not who they seem to be because my tales of terror are full of twists and turns.
I was born and raised near St. Petersburg, Florida. I went into the Army straight out of high school and worked as a Military Intelligence Analyst for 5 years; to include working with Special Forces and a tour in South Korea. Following my honorable discharge, I spent a number of years in college, completing a BA in Anthropology, a BA in History, and a certificate in Crime Scene Technology. My working years have included being a licensed repossession agent and part-owner of a repossession service, skip tracer, and wandering the stacks at college libraries. Currently, I am the owner/editor of Tacitus Publishing. I have edited three anthologies, 'It's a Grimm Life', 'Haunted by the Past', and 'Shattered Space'. I have published a few short stories and write for a number of blogs, to include the serial 'Chronicles of Ballidrous - The Tales of Devryn'. When not writing or editing, I spend my time as a traditional and digital artist.
Author of twisted horror tales as well as innovative science fiction and epic fantasy stories. Chisto is a genre author with an unstoppable imagination who writes 7 days a week and tries to write at least one story or chapter every single day. It's his biggest passion. The only thing that means as much as his writing is being a dad to his awesome kids. He also dabbles in art and music and being an interesting person. His fiance refers to his dog as his other girlfriend. His baby refers to him as urrrrghhaaaa. People that know him share the opinion that he's a little crazy and he doesn't necessarily disagree with them. It makes for good art. He loves hearing from people that enjoy his work. He loves networking and connecting with authors, artists, publishers, agents, and readers. He is living his dream and recommends that you go live yours and be your best self. It's the key to happiness.

Mikko Rauhala is a Finnish SF author making their foray into the English speaking world. They often write their stories in both languages, which can get frustrating when there’s no one else to blame for the occasional double entendres.
Informed by their master’s degree in intelligent systems, they’re most at home in hard science fiction settings, though they’re not exclusive and like to cross genres. Whether the subject is steam powered gnomes or universal quantum suicide, Rauhala enjoys taking an eccentric premise and bringing it to its logical conclusion. As befits a Finn, their plot-driven narrative is often seasoned with a touch of dark, dry humor.
Rauhala is an Associate member of the Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers of America.
Michelle Brett is a New Zealand based author, writing horror, thriller, and speculative fiction.

His stories have been featured in various anthologies from Crystal Lake Publishing, Black Hare Press, Bloodrites Horror as well as on Hawk & Cleaver’s The Other Stories podcast.
His first collection 'The Burning Boy & Other Stories' was released in 2021.

More than anything, I am a lover of stories. To tell them, to be told, to listen to, to watch, to play, to read, to write, there are so many ways for stories to be conveyed and I have yet to find a medium I don't enjoy. Stories are a huge part of my life, and being a nerd has exposed me to some of the best. Whether it's Asimov, King, Bradbury, Jacques, Tolkien, Crichton, Adams, Abnett, Ross, or any of the other uncountable storytellers I've been so lucky to witness, I am inspired and awed by those who have come before me.
I live in southern Iowa with my wife, our two dogs, and a herd of four cats.
Frances writes novels and novelettes about vampires, and flash and micro flash aka drabbles about anything too slow to avoid being nailed to a page.
She lives in the North West of England and puts all that rainfall to good use as an avid gardener, notably of tomatoes and chillies. She enjoys visiting windswept historic sites around the UK, both romantic ruins and industrial icons and has a ‘bit of a thing’ for Hadrian’s wall. And steam trains. If it wasn’t for word processors, the internet and youtube's loop button, she would probably admit to being born in the wrong century.

Abi Marie Palmer is a speculative fiction writer from the UK.
Alistair Crowe, like all humans, was born from the darkness of the womb into the world. Unlike most, he returned to the darkness.
As such he has written multiple articles credited as staff, acted on television (uncredited), and worked in radio where he was credited, but it was the overnight shift so no one listened to him.
He’s now determined to make a name for himself.
His initial attempt was by contracting a lifelong, but non-fatal, blood cancer that causes him to make too much blood. Way too much blood. It gets thick, he gets sluggish and the hematologist drains a lot out. He waited in vain for years to see if any true vampires showed up, but none did so he began to slander them in print. He hasn’t stopped and is now considered a horror writer.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

A few stand out authors in this collection are : Holley Cornetto, Galina Trefil, Nerisha Kemraj, Chris Bannor, RA Goli, KB Elijah, Shawn Klimek and Umair Mirxa.
