I have purchased several Asurion protection plans over the years. I have only used the plan maybe twice, but its nice knowing that I have a warranty longer than the manufacturers warranty. It seems like some items always fail shortly after the original warranty. On the occasions where I have had to actually use the warranty, Asurion was easy to deal with to get a refund on the item.

I had bought this warranty with some Bose earbuds for my husband for Christmas. They stopped working after a few months, and since I couldn't take them to Bose because we couldn’t turn them on to find the serial number, ASURION was very helpful and ended up giving me a refund for the earbuds since they weren't fixable. It was a super easy process!

My wife’s Fitbit stopped working and the battery overheated. We debated about buying her another Fitbit, but she was concerned of the cost and that it wasn’t very old when it went on the fritz. I recalled I purchased Asurion and we went through the steps and were fortunate the Fitbit could be repaired. We sent it in and within 2 weeks received it back. The motherboard and battery was replaced and it’s working like a charm again! It was a lot better deal than having to purchase a new one again. Now for all our major purchases, I will purchase Asurion (for those just in case moments). Thanks!

I am so happy I paid the extra money to have my Apple Watch protected with Asurion. Within 6 week of my purchase I managed to break the glass on my watch in 2 places. I used Asurion's easy claim filing system and sent my watch in to be repaired. They kept me updated via email every couple days as to the status of my watch repair. In the end it was determined it could not be fixed and I was given a full refund for the price I paid for the watch on Amazon. I absolutely recommend adding an Asurion Protection Plan to purchases!

It took awhile to figure out what was going on with my Versa 2 watch. As it kept saying parts needed to be ordered a d waiting on parts. Then I got an update that it was not fixable and they refunded me the purchase price for my watch.

Don’t purchase your electronics without this Insurance! It’s great! I bought 2 of them for my grandsons and let me tell you we got our money’s worth for this purchase. It’s covers absolutely EVERYTHING from water damage to fire honestly.

When I bought my smart watch I selected the coverage basically on a whim. A year later my watch broke, I opened a claim online and shipped the watch to them at no cost. They were unable to fix it and therefore refunded me the cost of the watch, again this was over a year after I first purchased it. I am very happy with the results and I'll be adding coverage the my replacement watch as well.
