Great Insurance plan

I have purchased several Asurion protection plans over the years. I have only used the plan maybe twice, but its nice knowing that I have a warranty longer than the manufacturers warranty. It seems like some items always fail shortly after the original warranty. On the occasions where I have had to actually use the warranty, Asurion was easy to deal with to get a refund on the item.

I recalled I purchased Asurion and we went through the steps and were fortunate the Fitbit could be repaired. We sent it in and within 2 weeks received it back. The motherboard and battery was replaced and it’s working like a charm again! It was a lot better deal than having to purchase a new one again. I am so happy I paid the extra money to have my Apple Watch protected with Asurion. Within 6 week of my purchase I managed to break the glass on my watch in 2 places. I used Asurion's easy claim filing system and sent my watch in to be repaired. They kept me updated via email every couple days as to the status of my watch repair. In the end it was determined it could not be fixed and I was given a full refund for the price I paid for the watch on Amazon. I absolutely recommend adding an Asurion Protection Plan to purchases!
