Not a bad docudrama series.

It was a good series. Most of the time, you only hear about this on the news, but never understand the damage this type of situation does to families, victims, police, medical personnel, survivors, etc. Having been a police officer for over 20 years and also being first on the scene of an active shooter, I could feel my pulse race as the officers talked about their response to the scene. It was like I was living my own active shooter call all over again. Good job with the interviews and getting detailed accounts. It's unfortunate we have the stories to tell at all.

Guns & mental health...the molotov cocktail in our America. Glad someone is talking about it. The grief you see in these families brings a real human element to this phenomenon. We are getting way too used to these headlines. Behind the numbers lies the vacant spots left in the fabric of our society, the real human loss. The mere fact that this has happened enough times to make a TV show about it is scary & quite sad. Great stories though, and told with dignity and grace.

... you feel infuriated at the shooters and feel true hate for them

This will make you feel infuriated at the shooters and feel true hate for them. Your heart will break for the victims, their families and the first responders who were left damaged from what they saw. It is truly heart breaking. I hope this brings about change and efficiency in electronic screening of individuals purchasing firearms.

What a moving documentary. Although, heart wrenching I couldn't seem to stop watching. Each tragedy was well told and I appreciate how the focus was on the victims and their families, rather than the murderer. Well done.
