Sarah Ellison had a big break up with her boyfriend, Chris, and decided to drive home from his dorm and have lunch with her dad. She started the car and heard an odd whine which she thought was her engine. But when she looked down, the clear crystal necklace she had worn for the past 10 years, a gift from her geologist dad, was glowing?? Then it stopped.

Sarah and her dad talked about things and then drove to lunch. The whine started up again, the crystal glowed, and then it stopped. Her father reached for it, but it was her good luck charm and she wanted to wear it while she visited her deceased friend’s mother. She just felt she needed to wear it. She drove toward Helen’s house after lunch and, once again, her necklace started to whine. But this time, she also heard a loud hum. She stepped out of the car and looked up where a UFO hovered above her! She was drawn up into the UFO and let out a scream. A light blue alien came through a door. He asked her to follow him and took her to a room. She knew she should be afraid, but she wasn’t. It was all very strange.

Day after day passed. Since the alien had no name, she called him Henry. They became very close since he was the only one to bring her food. Then one day the ship was attacked. The door burst open, but it was not an Aeon as Henry was. This creature was gray-skinned. His name was Gar and he was a Zaytarian. He told her the Aeon were controlling her mind to make her docile. And he said she could leave this room since she was not a prisoner. He also told her that they were at war with the Aeons and told her their history. Somehow her crystal had been weaponized long ago and the Aeons hoped to use it against Gar’s people. As she was about to say something, the ship was attacked!

Gar and Sarah escaped on a shuttle but the Aeons damaged it. They crashed and Gar was badly hurt. Still, they gathered some supplies and moved away from the wreck. When they were tracked the next morning, Sarah escaped into the river. All she could think of was Gar. She needed him to survive. What would she do now? Gar had been outnumbered and was under laser attack. Even escape would be difficult with his extensive injuries coupled with the strong river current! And wild animals were out there in the trees and bushes. Would she be captured after all of this??

I really enjoyed this book. While I raised an eyebrow at the quick-love connections, I understood finally that Sarah’s mind was being influenced by Henry. Gar was so different that I really liked his character. The pacing of this story was perfect, suspenseful, fast-moving, yet slowing down to establish relationships and understanding. There were lessons to be learned here, even if only subliminally. I definitely recommend this book! It was one of those couldn’t-put-it-down reads for me! I do hope we see more of these characters in the next book – at least those who survived, that is!

His people want her crystal which has been weaponized, but they cannot touch it. He has no name so Sarah names him Henry. The ship is attacked and Sarah is taken by another alien, a gray guy named Gar, saving her from the Aeons. This is a fast paced, short read that ends with a cliff hanger. I enjoyed it immensely. I've got Aeon Fugitive keyed up and ready to go.

So this is the story of Sarah a beautiful young woman that is abducted by aliens. That said she shows no fear and finds her self having some serious bed time with her captor. However not long after she arrives the ship she is on is under attack and she is taken by yet a different group of E.T.’s! So she is now with the other alien species this fella is named Gar and turns out the first group were bad news, think influence you to do what they want. Before she knows it sexy Gar has her in the throws of passion, hubba hubba. Seriously it’s a little crazy the aliens definitely have a thing for this hot little human. However things are never quite that easy.... soon enough Sarah finds herself captured by yet another group of aliens where she meets a surprising individual but up she is abducted by the bad guys again oh no will Gar be able to save her??

A cute fast sexy ET read give it a try it’s certainly hot enough.

Aeon is the first book in this series. What an intriguing first book in the series, especially for me. It's intriguing because there aren't a lot of books that ends in a cliffhanger without knowing if there's a couple so course it's confusing but even rarer for me, because I don't think I've ever read one. What a pleasant surprise this is because the plot is compelling in that I couldn't put the book down, even though there is very little romance it's a satisfying read. Sarah is a strong heroine. While I wouldn't want anyone to be in her shoes, she didn't get scared even when she was kidnapped. I can't imagine how terrifying it must be, but she didn't waste her time crying. Amelia Wilson wrote a convincingly and her story is peppered with enough details to lend it accuracy. I had just a feeling that reading this book would end with cliffhanger is there any doubt. But I have to applaud the author for this compelling, suspense with a dollop of realistic romance.

The overall plot idea was good, but sadly there were quite a bit of editing issues. The author constantly shifted between terms not keeping is consistent. One moment Sarah has a name, the next it's she, young woman or Earth girl. It was the same with Gar's character. One moment he has a name, the next it's he or alien. It also felt like she was switching POV in the same paragraph that it did get confusing at times. The book does end in a cliffhanger.

Sarah first finds herself with telepathic aliens and instantly becomes friendly with an alien she names "Henry". Then she is taken by yet more aliens and meets Gar who she ends up crashing on a alien planet with. Lots of action as the story bounces from ship to ship and planet to planet. She doesn't know who to believe is telling her the truth and it ends with a major cliffhanger!!!

This book is a little slow starting even though Sarah gets captured by Aeons who are telepathic aliens, as they control her and she just goes along with whatever they say. She has something very important that they want. Once she get stolen from them by other aliens, Zaytarians, the pace picks up. She doesn’t get to stay with them for long as the Aeons attack their ship. Sarah and Gar escape in a shuttle, but take a hit and end up crashing on an unknown planet. Both are injured. The Aeons will come after them. Will they be able to hide from them until the Zaytarians can come rescue them?

I enjoyed this short story, Sarah is Abducted from earth by an alien race looking for the crystal that Sarah was given as a child by her father and made into a necklace that she wears all the time for luck maybe not so lucky now, the alien she meets has no name and the bond quickly so she names him Henry and soon they are making love but unknown to Sarah is that Henry is controlling her in her mind making her believe that she wants him until she is save by another alien man who is so hot Sarah is not sure what to think anymore. Is she safe now or was she safe before read this book to find out.

The story line is quite simplistic, and the characters are descriptive, but I felt no emotion reading this story. The heroine is captured by one type of alien, that ship is attacked, she is taken on board another different type of alien ship, which is also attacked. She crashlands on a planet and meets a third lot of alien, and an earth man - but it is simply words on a page. I don’t feel for any of the characters and I am not really move down to continue the series
