Memories of her best friend's disappearance still haunted her. With her sister being taken, Willow had to find a way to keep the past in the past. She had to find her sister before the past repeats itself

This book was fantastic. Amazing characters. Great storyline. A definite page turner. You won't be disappointed. Absolutely loved this book.

My favorite novels are Barbara Freethy stand-alone mystery/romances. Her well-defined characters, descriptive settings that help you fully see the setting in your mind's eye...it is truly capticvating. This book is no exception. I didn't sleep last night... Ummm, Yeah... I read. I couldn't stop despite being sleepy. I was fully invested in Willow and Melanie's friendship. I couldn't wait for Willow to remember that awful night. Who lied? Who knew? Who had more to hide? I also wanted to smack Willow's Mom...so be prepared to fume about that lovely specimen. My advice? Get a solid night's rest and maybe a quick power nap and get reading!!!

I really didn't like this book. I I couldn't like any of the characters, they were all liars and cheaters, there was no action until the very end and if this is a romance it isn't one that I would want. The first 90% of the book is just a lot of dialogue. The final 10% was exciting and interesting and surprising but it wasn't worth reading up to that point. I am so surprised by all of the five-star reviews I can't imagine what all those people saw in this book
