Train Wreck!

The first film was a hit. This film just brought the whole series crashing down. I have no idea where Jason Devan was trying to take this film or story. Maybe hes trying to push a 3rd film out of this. I can't imagine this series any further success because this 2nd edition was absolutely horrible. The only reason this is not 1 star is because the production value is still high but story, lack of character development, plot holes, etc, etc, etc.... I am so disappointed.

Just don't

Ugh! I want my money back. So terrible. Slow moving, boring, many scenes don't even make sense. The ending leaves room for another sequel. PLEASE don't!

I Don't see a 3rd!
Verified purchase
I'm actually giving it a 2 Star and that's Alot for this sequel! The first movie made me want to see this sequel and I'm glad it was free on Amazon. I actually thought the Very beginning and the very end were pretty scary.
However I don't see a 3rd Movie because **Major Spoilers**
We found out pretty much what happen to the Aunt (locked in basement w/neice ashley from what the cops said,
And "Mom" the Original Evil pretty much gets the last SCREAM literally!
I am confused by a few of these reviews on?? One asked why cops went in house w/Guns out in the end? That never happened, 1 detective had her gun out because the Cop said she needed to see what was in basement and Aunt & Neice were in one of the cell's together. So evidently the detective was just doing what they do having gun out Just I'm case!
Another review said they'll be a 3rd movie because we never seen what happened to the Dad & kids? Y'all evidently watched a different movie because the Dad got it good from the kid's or kid! IF there's a 3rd by chance, I think I'd probably I'd watch it.

Save Your Money!

I just finished watching this movie and I wish I hadn't spent the $3.99 to watch it. Bad acting along with a boring story line made this movie an epic fail. Save your money. If you really want to see it, wait until it's a Prime video. I gave it 2 stars because there were a couple of jump scares. Otherwise I would have given it 1 star.

A VERY WELL DONE SEQUEL, REALLY 😊 ENJOYABLE

THE FIRST FILM,......ALONG CAME THE THE DEVIL.....WAS BREATHTAKING. I BELIEVE THE LESSER REVIEWS FOR THIS MAGNIFICENTLY
ACTED SEQUEL WAS THAT IT REQUIRED CONSIDERABLY MORE PATIENCE IN THE INITIAL PORTION OF THE MOVIE. IT IS EXCELLENT THEMATICALLY AND HAS AN AMAZING CAST WHO PERFORM BRILLIANTLY. IT IS QUITE FRIGHTENING AND THE LATER PART OF THE
FILM IS QUITE SPECTACULAR. I WOULD IGNORE THE OTHER REVIEWS AND JUST BE AWARE IT TAKES A WHILE FOR THE MOVIE TO
MOVE ALONG. PLEASE TRUST MY JUDGEMENT, I NEVER MISLEAD MY READERS. ENJOY, AND GET OUT THE 🍿.

Garbage
Verified purchase
This movie is absolute GARBAGE, and I'm being kind. It's boring, it drags on, the story is crap and forced, the acting is painfully awful. Waste of $$$ and time. It's unfortunate that Bruce Davidson got sucked into doing this one also. Oh...and it must be nice that the director got to employ his family members as "actors" in this movie, and I use the term "actors" loosely. #SKIPit

Very Lackluster
Verified purchase
This movie took an unfortunate turn. It's filmed beautifully, the production values are wonderful and the special effects make up, what little there is, is top notch. Bruce Davison was his usual self and played his character well. Everyone else overacted, underacted or was just plain horrible (i.e. Jordan). All the dull, lackluster stuff could have been tolerable if the story had been told better or even finished. It's set up for another movie so you don't find out what happened to the kids, what the cops saw that made them draw their guns, etc. I don't expect much from my horror but I guess I wanted more than I got.
