The eggs are a very good size. The carton says large. But these are a bit larger than the supposedly large eggs from my local supermarket.
They were also packed very well by Amazon Fresh prior to delivery to avoid damage in transit. There were multiple rubberbands around carton to keep it closed, and the carton was positioned just right in the bag using salad mixes I also purchased to cushion it.
The eggs are also cage-free so that is another plus.
Used these in making a cheesecake today and it produced a perfectly good result. I did notice that the eggs were all over the place in size...only 3-4 were legitimately "large" size, the rest were on the smaller size of medium. Others have noted this here, so be wary if you're cooking with a recipe that is very particular in terms of egg quantity.
