Hard to believe. We ordered about 60 in total, 4 different denominations. They came in a big box, and not one of them had the denomination on them! We had to check each one from the SKU Barcode off the packing list to be sure we got them all. We found 2 that were not on the list, and we found we were shorted 2, so I had to go to the Amazon site and double check these two to find the value. Now, we are giving these to 60 different people, and since the cards/boxes are not marked as to the denomination, no one will know how much they are getting. So, what if we send someone a $250 card and it is really worth $50 by mistake? They won't complain, for they never knew how much it was supposed to be.
This is SO easy to fix! Just mark each box with the denomination amount and that's that. What a mess! Other than that, they are well packed and very cute. This vendor just has to make this change and they'll be perfect. It happened last year too, and I think I made this suggestion then, and nothing was done about it, so I doubt anything will be done for next year! Merry Merry....

I ordered several gift cards for various people in my office, Some for $100 and others for $200 for some managers. When I received them I matched up the serial numbers on my receipt to find out which was which since the card value is not printed on the card. Afterward I realized that 3 of the 6 cards were incorrectly listed so several people received the incorrect amounts. What a mess and I had to buy more cards to make it even, because how can you tell a person who found out the got $200 when they redeemed the card, oh sorry it should have been for $100, “give me the money back”. Well an extra $300 and everybody’s happy. I contacted customer “did”Service about this but no response. I purchase a lot of things from them but I will never buy gift cards again. Wouldn’t it be nice if they at least said “sorry”.

Instead of being in a envelope and/or attached to a thank you, congratulations card; it's a card within premium looking gift box.
Box itself is very sturdy, has a premium look and feel to it.
The cloth and card holder inside; not so much. Cloth is wrapped around a plastic card holder that's glued to the box.
Cloth is very thin, but functional for what's it's intended for. If you swap in-and-out cards multiple times, the cloth may rip; but for initial first impression it won't.
Box has a slide out design to it. Has a stop gap so doesn't slide all the way out unless you intentionally use more force than you have to.
Very nice finger ribbon to pull out the contents like a drawer
Back of the box has a space for name of person of sender and receiver.
Includes UPC and Serial No. number and bar code if you find an error with the order.
Gift card design is very basic; just red with amazon logos on it. Redeeming card is easy. There's a peel off sticker (instead of scratcher), so no need to worry about scratching off the text of the code. If you use the amazon app you can redeem the amount in seconds: click the camera option and align the boxes with the text code.
Doesn't show the amount on the card seeing it's customizable on the website. But it does give a pack in slip of paper to verify amount.
