There was a problem filtering reviews right now. Please try again later.
One of the plastic covers for one of the tension screws was broken. Can’t see it behind the monitor and it doesn’t effect the stand at all. Just noted because one of my two boxes did have a puncture in the box. This could have been from seller, or carrier. I got these within 2 weeks of Christmas so shipping is crazy.
In the photos, the two monitors using these mounts are the 2 side ones. Middle one is on its factory stand, and top one is a different brand.
Quick detach monitor from arm
Clamp can easily mount to all desks thick or thin.
Very solid build quality
Easy to assemble and easy to use.
Comes with detachable cable holders
Easy to adjust
The arms can not bend all the way back, the can fold to an acute angle of about 30-40°, this won’t be a problem for most people unless you want the monitor to be recessed as possible on a small desk. Counter this by extending the arm almost fully, and putting the mount to the side. In the photos provided this actually worked better as the stands are now behind my middle monitor instead of behind the mounted ones.
Now to the instructions! my advice... follow them, but when you get your monitor onto the VESA mount be sure to tighten the swivel/tilt head to where the monitor will not move. I did not do this and my monitor flopped down and nearly broke itself and my desk. all is good aside from that which could have been prevented by me just supporting my monitor and adjusting the swivel/tilt at the same time, but i thought it was tight because i let the monitor free hang for a couple seconds to see how it fit on the desk and if i needed to make adjustments.
The reviews which say that it doesn't push all the way back are correct. If you want it to be pushed further back you may need to rotate the quick remove clip on the monitor arm to about 90 degrees and have the arm slightly off to the side.
A little common sense goes a long way. I would be willing to pay closer to $40 for this product.
For the price this a decent arm. I exceeded the 30” monitor recommended size (mine is 32”), although the weight is still under the 14 lb limit. I did a dual monitor setup. I have one monitor that is close to the arm and another where the arm is stretched almost full length. For the monitor arm that is stretched the arm sags a bit but I compensated by raising it. I was able to easily tighten the arm so these larger monitors would not tilt on their own.
Overall it works fine. But it is not a “heavy duty” arm. Then again most people probably don’t need one. No concerns on build quality. I’m just saying it is not holding my monitors ”effortlessly” like the more expensive gas-piston arms I have in another room. But it does the job especially if you rarely move your monitors.
Wire management is good. They run through the hollow tubes of the arm making for a clean installation.
Lots of positioning options due to the jointed arm and adjustable tilt and height.

The stand was easy to assemble and even looks fantastic but unfortunately this is where the positive parts end.
First of all you will need to have a desk that has no support beams under it like mine which will cause it to come lose if you try moving the monitor around.
This brings me to my second point of moving the monitor on the stand, it will move but it is not very flexible and just can not move into the most comfortable positions than other arms such as the ones by Vonhaus. It is literally easier to loosen the clamp and move the whole arm assembly than it is to fiddle with the stupid arm. This is sadly a bad product and should be redesigned.
So, I decided it was only right to return it as it was causing so many issues for me as I can't have the stand coming loose on me to potentially break an expensive display. I would highly recommend saving yourself the time and effort that I did and just go for a gas spring arm or a Vonhaus arm that is of a similar style to this stand, they are all around the same price, the only reason I didn't go for the Vonhaus arm was the delivery date but trust me, the patience is worth it. (the Vonhaus arm I am mentioning is used for the left monitor, had it for years and been very happy with it)
UPDATE: a month after use I notice that the Ikea top was carving because the surface of the clap is very small and there is a lot of pressure applied, so I removed one piece of wood from the bottom and added it to the top to expand the surface for the clamp and release pressure from the table top. Now the arm is not bent anymore.

I was setting up a triple monitor stand but needed the RH monitor to be desk mounted as the desk was not big enough to support 3 stands.
Less than 30 minutes later and the stand was set up supporting my 24" monitor and is rock solid.
Exactly what I wanted as I had no need for a gas powered one to elevate it.
The stand arrived next day and it was straight forward setting it up. (following the manual) The stand holds one of my 24" Dell like a dream. No issues with holes not lining up or poor instructions!
Needless to say, the second stand arriving tomorrow!
The down pipe is much thicker, the actual base that you can see on-top of the desk is considerably smaller, the quick release height adjustment (there is a grub screw that can be used for a safer more permanent feeling if your monitor is a beast) is convenient and you can run the wires down inside the pipe whereas the competitor runs outside of the pipe and its much harder to hide them.
If you want a slim down pipe get a VonHaus but if your compensating like me get this one
1. Solid Construction
2. excellent packaging
3. Very durable considering the quality
4. every screw and bit and washer is labelled exactly in separate pouches for easy and access.
5. Height, reach, tilt and rotatable to 360 degree rotatable.
6. Different type of threaded screws are included for different type of monitors although they are only two
types and I guess it is sufficient.
1. A bit more clear instructions would have been nice.
2. Cable Management Brackets Could have been a bit thick and strong considering the overall build quality of
other parts that one bit could have been nice
This is just far too low and forces you to look down at the monitor causing neck strain.
Cheaper ones offer greater height.
