decent movie with racist anti white overtones
Verified purchase
this entire movie paints a picture of every white person being flawed violent and degenerate while elevating then character of every singe black person who is ultimately oppressed by the white man. if the racial demographics of this movie were reversed the naacp and other groups would be protesting it as racist, fits right in with modern commercials and tv story lines where blacks are the brightest and most compassionate while whites are inbred dumb and volatile.

Even the "woke" would find this movie to be ridiculous.

This movie has so many blatantly obvious, unrealistic, anti-white, and bias themes, I'm sincerely surprised this script was ever funded. Don't waste your time. Anyone who watches the news or doesn't live under a rock would know how the plot would really play out.

How is the man (with less money and resources) the bad guy? He prepared a way for his family to survive and then, after taking in the well-to-do family of 5, was painted as the bad guy.

Greg was useless and a drain on resources but it's all right that he permanently maimed the poor white guy. I just want to watch a movie without all the raciest undertones, is that too much to ask?

I noticed right at the beginning they displayed a book labeled CRT. I kept an opened minded and continued
to watch. Big mistake!!!! Nobody in the movie could act worth a crap anyway. Regardless of their race.

Very dissapointing

I read the plot and was so excited for this one. The opening was great. Set the tone perfectly. Then came the racial undertones. I would like to watch a movie without it being discriminatory or critical of any race. Also, the birthing scene seemed to go on forever and the camera work was awful. -5 stars.

This movie highlights the ins and outs of being prepared and depending on those that do not find you to be useful. It’s truly a eye opener stressing the importance being prepared for all situations. A must watch.

I'm mixed and grew up in poverty - but I don't hate white people. This is a racist hit piece.

It's about as reversed as it could possibly get to what's been rolling out the past few years. Hilarious, pathetic and a bummer, because I really wanted to watch it, as the actors were instantly likeable and seem to be good actors. But the anti-white is a bit too played out. Unwatchable. If I hated white people maybe I could have enjoyed it, but I don't. I actually view people as equal, so racist propaganda like this disgusts me.
