The Story of Annie's
In 1989, Annie Withey co-founded Annie’s and started making natural macaroni and cheese. She wanted to show that a successful business could be socially responsible. The values that Annie started with still guide our company every day.
We are on a mission to make Organic for Everybunny. When you eat organic food, you are caring not only for your family’s health and wellness, but that of the planet and everybody on it. Together, we are making an impact.
Supporting the health of people and the planet begins with sourcing ingredients from organic and sustainable farms. The health of each is connected to the health of all. We’re all in this together.
We choose ingredients that are not only delicious, but also have a positive impact on farmers, communities, animals, the environment, and you.
For multiple microwavable mac and cheese cravings, try a 2-pack of our White Cheddar flavor in a convenient, portable cup. Heat in the microwave for just two minutes and enjoy.

I do have one issue though. After microwaving the macaroni and water in the the provided cup, all this water ends up covering the microwave plate below it. So now I simply add the water and pour the macaroni into a separate glass bowl (or pour water in after) before microwaving. This has fixed the problem and there hasn't been any messy leaking since. So the design of the container isn't perfect and it does get really hot. But overall, this product is pretty addicting and satisfying when you feel hungry. And I love Annie's products!
Amazon screws with the prices. I'm willing to pay for this product usually, but when it's $4 or $5 more one week than the week before (sometimes $14, other days $18), just because they can make it so, my appetite suddenly changes. Those are unfair pricing tactics and I would be purchasing this regularly if Amazon did not screw with the price so much.
Update: I received a bad batch. There were extremely hardened pieces like rock within the macaroni. Amazon customer service told me there was nothing they could do to help me and offered no suggestions. They told me I could not return it, after asking me for my phone number and making me to email them with photos. They made me speak to a specialist on top of a regular service rep, who simply told me they can't help me. This is a Prime product so I don't see what the major problem is. Bad customer service for a bad batch.
1. Prepare product per instructions and microwave.
2. Add to the cooked mac noodles:
* one pat of butter (don't skimp - it's buttahhhh)
* 2-3 Tbsp of milk
* contents of cheese envelope
3. Stir it vigorously clockwise with a fork. Make sure to scrap along the bottom and bottom sides. Then stir again counter clockwise.
Don't skip the butter. It really does give this mac that finishing touch, or that certain creamy smoothness. It's both an improvement in the taste and in the mouth feel.
