I write and illustrate children's books in a small studio on the shore of a Vermont mountain lake, where I enjoy four distinct seasons, birds, and wildlife. I grew up not far from here and my books reflect my absorption with the natural world. I have illustrated 70+ books and create artwork in a variety of media including linoleum block prints, watercolor, acrylic, and collage.
