Even though I was already familiar with the material, in this book, these ideas reach their finest form. Not only has the concept reached a beautiful maturity, but the quality of the writing is superb. As one who writes regularly myself, part of the joy of this book was admiring the craft.
Carey Niewhof's new book "At Your Best" first felt like another simplified plan to add to the long list of things I've tried but are now on the shelf. But it's not.
Now, I just finished my first reading, but for the first time, I feel excited to take the information from Carey and apply it to my life.
Carey helps you learn to differentiate between Green, Yellow, and Red Zones to focus on priorities. In addition, Carey's book gives practical ways to look at what you are already doing and not reinvite the wheel, but make some shifts to allow you to be at your best.
For me, I've already put into practice tips to be distraction-free from part 4, and I can already see a difference.
I highly recommend "At Your Best" if you want to "Live in a way today that will help you thrive tomorrow."

The timing of this book couldn’t have been any more perfect! I started a three week Sabbatical as a result of total post-COVID exhaustion just as the book was released. I am excited to return to life and work in a week with new tools that will help me navigate the future ahead. Thank you Carey. You’re a gift to this world and am forever grateful for you, your voice, and your work.

That is this book. Mismanaging our time, energy, passions and resources and sleeping in the bed of those consequences is common to just about everyone. So we all stand to learn (and I have learned and begun implementing) what this book says.
The advice here is written with humility and a teaching heart that says, "let's learn from my mistakes".
Very good, very good value. Thank you for writing it.
But it's not simplistic. He is very well aware of the complexity of life.
Just read it you will be surprised!
