Over the past 25 years, I've dedicated myself to my passion, arts and crafts. My love story with this field started in my early twenties, when I decided to renovate our home. After many years, we turning it from a run down home into something we were extremely proud of. I fell in love with architecture, furniture, pottery, quilting, sewing and anything I could learn to decorate my home and improve my enjoyment of it. Since then, I've worked intensely on my craft, which is all about color, line, and pattern.

I was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina and enjoy spending time with my daughters and our grandchildren. I also love jewelry making, photography, playing the piano, as well as taking long walks in the fields close to my home. I strive to creatively translate the nature, architecture, and beauty around me into artwork for the home and for personal enjoyment.

All these different hobbies are about putting your heart into it, and ultimately creating art with your hands. I hope the books I've written teach you and inspire you for a life time of learning and creating.

Oh my words! This is kind of a mess. (My review is for the digital version, on my Amazon tablet and the Kindle read website, so your experience may vary.) This was different from any other names book I have ever read. That is both good and bad. If you're just looking for some lists, then this could work. However, if you're like me, and you see "baby names" books as valuable dictionaries, etymology resources, snapshots of history, and inspiration for writing, then this is SO not that book. Also, there are TYPOS GALORE.

First off, I do like the lists. I just wish they were formatted better. Mostly, this is a compilation of popular names in 2016 and some uncommon names, too. There's also a huge list of names in alphabetical order. The frustrating thing about the 1,000 names lists - and most of the other lists - is that there are no definitions, origins, etc. There are also no links to go to that name's details or to a different point in the book. So if you are in the middle of boys' names that start with an "S" but want to switch back to the "F" section, you need to swipe or click back through a ton of pages.

Then there are the lists in grids. It's like somebody copied and pasted the grids from a spreadsheet to the ebook, but they didn't bother with resizing things to be legible. You can't zoom in to make it bigger. You will have to use a magnifying glass to see the names.

It's worth the annoyance to read the lists of what celebrities have named their children. So funny!

Some of the names are a bit out there for my taste, but overall this book has a great selection of names. This is truly a one-stop resource for naming a baby! I will definitely be passing along the name of this guide to other expectant parents that I know.

This book should not have the word "complete" in the title. The first 70 pages are filled with useless information about celebrity baby names,etc. The rest of the book is filled with just lists of names. No origins, no meanings. Just a straight list. A "complete" book of names would have at least included those tidbits of information. I feel like I completely wasted my money on this. I purchased another book of 100,000 names at another book store, and felt much more informed.
