“These bags are very well made. I love that some have the mesh tops so you can see what is inside. That is very helpful when packing for multiple family members. The solid ones are perfect for more personal items. I never thought I’d be one to use packing cubes, but now I can’t see myself packing any other way! You can fit so much in them and it really does help to keep the suitcase organized. They are also perfect for short, overnight stays. In the medium bag, I fit 11 shirts, without squishing them (see pic). And in the large bag, I fit 6 pants (see pic)! I probably could have fit more, but that was all I needed. The shoe bag is awesome too! Easily will hold 2-3 pairs of shoes. I could probably pack for 2 people in the extra large bag. Having the extra bag for dirty or wet clothes is a great bonus too! This 8 piece set will easily suit the needs of my family. The color was a bonus, as my daughter’s favorite color is teal. Zipper quality seems adequate. All pieces have handles, except for the cosmetic bag. Great value for the price!”

Don’t waste your money

Arrived with damaged zippers. Product is mixed. One is well made, the rest are flimsy, zippers stick, and most don’t hold their shape, even when full. Sizes fit poorly together in a carryon suitcase, significantly reducing effective space instead of increasing it. Filled, contents spilled out when unzipped due to flimsy construction, and everything got horribly wrinkled because items still shifted.
“Laundry bag” is a joke: material is stiffer than the other bags and is maybe big enough for a pair of socks.
Cosmetics bag sucks: sides are flimsy, pockets hold maybe one item each (travel sized bottles were too big), organizer insert is stiffer and considerably thicker than the outside bag and the Velcro is awkwardly placed. Pictures showed a TSA approved clear liquids bag fitting, but none of the sized bags worked.

Packing made easier

These packing cubes made my traveling life so easy! We recently went to DC and used them for the first time. I love that I knew where everything was because I packed my undies in one cube, my tops, pants and toiletries in others. Unpacking meant removing the packed cubes to shelves. They are very lightweight and thin so be careful not to snag the fabric.

The cubes worked great and were a big help with packing and keeping things organized throughout my trip. Zippers worked well, and the mesh side makes it easy to see what's in each cube. The one cube without a mesh side also came in handy for carrying things you may not want others to see. I was able to hide a few snacks and gifts in there, and the kids didn't bother them because they thought it was full of clothes or toiletries. If they'd been able to see what was inside, they would have bugged me endlessly about the contents! Sadly, the set arrived without the shoe bag, which was one of the pieces I was most looking forward to using.

I am not one to bash a product but here goes. Upon my first use of one bag, the zipper immediately split. When I tried to fix it the tassel came of. Completely beyond repair. As shown in the photo (oh wait, how coincidental they didn’t load) of a bag in use for less then 24 hours, the same thing is happening. None of the bags have been used prior to this. I WOULD NOT TAKE ANOTHER SET EVEN IF IT WAS FEEE!

Material is SUPER thin. I don't see these bags lasting more than a couple of trips before they start ripping and coming undone. I ordered two sets. The set i ordered for my daughter seems slightly thicker than mine, and hers was packaged better than mine. Both colors I ordered were pictured with a design on them, however we've received solid colors. Would have chosen different colors if I knew they weren't going to be as pictured.

I went to go use my packing cubes for the first time after purchasing them a couple months ago. I opened the package to only find 7 of the 8 cubes!!!! What the heck…Other than the missing cube, the other ones are good and allow for my room in my suitcase. They are a bit flimsy, however they are still usable and it allows for them to get smooshed while packing. But, I will really be missing the shoe compartment…

Even though I’m not obligated to update the review, I feel it is necessary to do the company justice. Almost immediately after my review, I was contacted by the seller to solve my problem. I was so pleased with the experience and help I received, not to mention how much I enjoyed being able to organize my clothes for my most recent trip. Despite the negative reviews from others, I would most definitely recommend giving these cubes a try - great quality for the price!

Makes packing so much easier

I just received these packing cubes and I love them. I will be staying in multiple hotels for 2 nights in each hotel, on an upcoming trip. I don't like having to live out of a suitcase and digging through it every time I want a piece of clothing, and I don't like to unpack and repack in each hotel. With these cubes I can pack my clothing in them and then when I get to the hotel I put the cubes in the hotel drawers and unzip them. When I need something I can just remove what I need. When it's time to leave I just have to zip the cubes and put them back in my suitcase. I did a test run today and packed some clothes in the cubes. They hold so much and when you unzip the smaller ones you can see everything in them. The larger ones have a mesh top so you can see everything in them without unzipping them. It's incredible how much you can get in these bags. I have been told by other people that the clothes don't wrinkle any more than they do with normal packing methods. The cubes seem to be very well made and are waterproof and very lightweight, they won't add any weight to your luggage. I can't wait to go on my trip and use them.

I usually use various sized plastic bags to keep my packed items sorted and separate in my luggage and week-ender bags. Not as 'classy' as having a matched set of cloth and zipper bags! My clothing, after a few days of riffling thru the luggage, becomes a wrinkly mess in the bottom. It was nice to have larger bags to secure my pants and tops. They were still wrinkly but not nearly as bad as with free-form packing!
The reason for a 4 star rather than 5 is that the cloth is soft and lightweight but very thin with large stitches, so I have questions about durability. For the price tho, an excellent buy.

To be honest, I've only used one of the cubes so far and that was this weekend. I bought this set for an upcoming cruise and after this weekend decided to get a second set. they seem pretty sturdy to me. I had two "My Pillow" travel pillows, rolled, undies for me and hubby, plus his sleep pants and my sleep shirt. I had them all in the larger bag. The handle on the cube was perfect since we carried that along with my toiletry case. I would recommend this set with no hesitation.

I bought 2 sets as I just bought hard sided luggage that has no pockets. I didn't want my clothing to be a jumbled mess and this fit the bill. Was able to pack six 3xl shirts, rolled up in the medium one. The largest one is holding 3 pair of 24W jeans and a 3x sweatshirt. Even the toiletry one is spacious enough that I fit full sized toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, hair brush, makeup and brushes. I was a little concerned with the zippers but they are holding just fine. We'll see what bouncing around the airport does.

Don't even hesitate to buy this set! I just LOVE it. It makes packing easier and more organized and when you get there, it makes unpacking 100% easier. You can just fit each bag in a drawer without taking anything out. And don't even talk about unpacking at home. Just empty the bag that you made for dirty clothes and put away the other ones at your leisure. I could take all the bags out, put my suitcases away and then put away my other things at my leisure. The price is excellent too. Makes a great gift, especially for weddings and Bon Voyage trips.
