Only one worked and one wasn't an XL.

Bought Feb20,21 unwrapped one and used it and it worked fine. Today Aug10,21 printer indicated to replace it, we unwrapped the next one and it did not work; tried many time, it is no good. We then unwrapped the third one and noticed it was not an XL as its suppose to be AND it did not work neither. Tried to return but Amazon says pat 90 days. I do not get it......are you supposed to open all your cartridges and test them immediately? NEVER had to do that with original ones.

My HP Envy 4500 printer accepted one of the black cartridges but refused to work with the colored. Not sure what will happen with the third. Would be a good value if I could use them. I haven't had problems with remanufactured cartridges in the past from other sources. Seriously doubt that I would purchase again from BJ. (I tried the suggested ways to solve the problem).

Only the colour cartridge worked out of the packet of three. The two black ones were already empty. This ended up being a VERY expensive colour cartridge! Sadly, the timeframe for a return had passed by the time I needed to use a black cartridge. This pretty much soured me on remanufactured cartridges. :-(
