You may have a more serious condition; vaginal yeast infections often (such as once a month or 3 in 6 months). You could be pregnant or have a serious underlying medical cause for your symptoms, including diabetes or a weakened immune system; been exposed to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) that causes AIDS. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking the prescription blood thinning medicine warfarin, because bleeding or bruising may occur. When using this product: do not use tampons, douches, spermicides or other vaginal products. Condoms and diaphragms may be damaged and fail to prevent pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases (STDs); do not have vaginal intercourse; mild increase in vaginal burning, itching or irritation may occur; if you do not get complete relief ask a doctor before using another product. Ingredients

Active ingredient: Miconazole nitrate 2%. Inactive ingredients: benzoic acid, butylated hydroxyanisole, glyceryl stearate, mineral oil, peglicol 5 oleate, pegoxol 7 stearate, purified water.

Directions

Before using this product read the enclosed consumer information leaflet for complete directions and information; adults and children 12 years of age and over: applicators: insert 1 applicatorful into the vagina at bedtime for 7 nights in a row. Throw applicator away after use; use the same tube of cream if you have itching and irritation on the skin outside the vagina. Squeeze a small amount of cream onto your fingertip. Apply the cream onto the itchy, irritated skin outside the vagina. Use 2 times daily for up to 7 days, as needed; children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor.

Ouch! Rough tubes!!

The tip of the tubes are rough and scratched my "bits" while inserting. Pretty typical, but a bit worse feeling than higher brands.

I'm a diabetic and often fight yeast. My insurance sometimes won't cover treatment, so this is a okay replacement for what I get at the pharmacy. (A lot cheaper) I simply can't afford the expensive brand.
I just wish more quality went into the tubes.

Can cure the cracks in the corner of your mouth (Angular cheilitis)

I read a post that this product could cure the deep painful cracks in the corner of the mouth. It is an anti-fungal cream which is totally different than the ingredients in Neosporin and other OTC products I tried. I was going on two weeks with no improvement at all and even getting worse and then I read a review from a man re: painful mouth cracks that could be cured with this vaginal yeast infection cream!
I thought what do I have to lose so I ordered it. It started to work in the first two days. I'm on the 4th day now and the crack is almost totally healed up. The crack was deep, very sore and even bleeding at times. I'm so thankful I read the post about this product. I put the cream on several times a day for the first 2 days and then less. Maybe this product will help someone else with this problem (Angular Cheilitis) if they know where to look.

I bought this because I needed the cream and not the vaginal suppositories. After using this and La Petite Creme for a couple of days our 7 week rash was gone!!! I would not recommend using this on a child without consulting your pediatrician first, but for us it worked wonders.

Ok ladies. Here's the deal. I got a yeast infection from taking antibiotics. I never had a YI before so like most of you, I read the reviews on these particular lady products. And after, I was freakin terrified!!! So, finally I decided on this product. I glad I chose the 7 day one, and even for a generic product, it worked. Best of all, NO BURNING or literal hell in my va-jay-jay. It did itch a little during the day but that was only from the cream leaking out. I'd recommend for those who are too scared to use the 1 day or even the 3 day cream. Or if you can tolerate a week of leakage and no sex lol Oh, and avoid taking a middle-of-the-night pee because a lot of cream will come out and you don't want that.

Your experience may be different but this BURNS. Oh man, does it burn. An itchy, burning, uncomfortable feeling. It also didn't seem to work well for me, unfortunately.

Do yourself a favor and hop over to the Amazon listing for clotrimazole and buy that instead---no risk of the burn. But I will warn you--that product comes with one, really REALLY terribly designed applicator. I'd almost like to recommend that you buy this product for the applicator and the other product for the medicine. I know that's silly, but man, some things you just don't want added misery on top of already being, well, miserable.

I thought I'd try this generic form of Miconazole 7. Unlike another reviewer mentioned, I knew what I was buying. and that's what I got. The 100 mg. Not the 1 day or or the 3 day which are much stronger. I can't quibble with the product itself, though I find it a bit runnier than Monistat. My problem is with the applicators. The edges at the end of the applicators are rough, not smooth and slightly rounded. This makes them painful on insertion, especially when you're already tender. I really wanted to buy just the Miconazole without the applicators, but it's not available. I'd rather thoroughly wash the Monistat applicators and save them for future use. I hate throwing away more plastic.

Burns sooo bad

I’ve never had a problem using miconazole before but this stuff is awful. It’s actually made my YI worse and causes a burning pain and worsens the itching. I’m on day 4 and it’s getting worse, not better. I’ve never needed to use Monistat 7 or generic version for more than 3 days so this stuff is going in the garbage and I’m picking up the good stuff tomorrow!

I was really nervous to buy this product because a lot of women was saying it burns i got the 7 day cream and it didn't burn at all in fact my lady part is very happy i got this. Its the 4th day and i feel better already but I'm going to use it the full 7 days. I brought ph strips to determine whether it was a yeast infection or bv turns out just a YI. I just purchased Women's Raw Probiotics as well. I had purchased them back in September and I felt the difference so I went ahead and brought them again today. Good Clean Love is another product is highly recommend *that product burns a little if you have an issue down there but goes away after 40 seconds* to use 3 to 5 times a week it'll keep the yeast at bay. Don't hesitate to buy this it works 1000% trust me you won't regret it.
