Talk about a great surprise! I was just "trying" this movie out, without expecting much. When it started, I wouldn't have imagined that I'd think of it as one of the best movies I've seen lately! It was heart-warming, smart, funny, thought-provoking and so well put together. It's definitely a movie that I can watch again and again. I watched it by myself, but I'm definitely going to be sharing it with the rest of my family. That's another great thing about this movie! It's family-friendly! How many movies can you say that about these days?

Even though low budget this movie brought some laughs and tears! It definitely has a good message for us all and a great ending especially in the chaos of the present time. It brings things in to perspective to what really is important in life. When I first started watching wasn't sure it would keep my interest but it settled down into a nice family and friends story! Inspiring for certain!

Fun film that appeals to adults, teens, and older kids, with amazing original music, a fun, inspiring story line, and some pretty good acting, especially for beginners. I think you’ll be surprised at how much you enjoy this movie, and how uplifting it is. It has been nominated for a bunch of awards, and won several; all were well-deserved. It is rare to find wholesome movies of this caliber. Just watch it!

A family works through their loss and find each other again. Lots of great music-especially the song at the end ! Great family film. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

Not only does this film entertain, but it INSPIRES. This is a community behind a project and the movie that they made was fantastic. Great performances, very well put together story and fun for the whole family!

Not overdone and very well acted. Solid story with multiple threads.

I *almost* took one off for the camera work. I don't like the hand held look and feel. In this flick it was mostly OK. During the father's crucial scene however, the camera looked like it was riding the waters of a choppy lake. Very distracting and irritating. We don't see things that way and it's uncomfortable. Our eyes track the scene and we don't watch it bounce around. It doesn't convey anything to me but poor camera work.

Good movie.
