Great quality paper and cover. Par with the other BB books.
I generally love the Berenstain Bears and have since my own childhood in the 70s. I just can't agree with this one. I DO love and recommend the "Berenstain Bears Trouble with Money" if you're looking for a book with good money lessons for kids. I use it when I get invited to teach in elementary school classes each year.
-Author, "Everyday Money for Everyday People"
He is 27 and autistic, and this has been one of his favorites for years. He can’t read or write, but he loves to have it read to him, even though he’s memorized every word.

Side note though- mama and papa's solution at the end isn't one I would recommend. The cubs get a treat EVERY time they go to the store? Are you kidding me? Granted, maybe they rarely go shopping but papa wasn't carrying that many bags when they left the store in the beginning. Also brother and sister are a little TOO high and mighty at the end. Anyway. Classic Berenstain Bears.
It's a good read for parents and kids together... helps remind us to be more thankful for everything we have and not to forget about how lucky we really are!
Super highly recommended 5/5!
