So don't know where to start? The book has diagnostic tests to do on full swing, putting, and finesse wedges. Once yopu've done the tests you'll have a pretty good idea of where you are and the parts of your game that need work.
Then we go on to building up the plans and drills that will be specific you your needs - its about ball striking, scrambling, and putting. I think this book together with "£Peak Performance" would form a great study set for anyone wanting to improve efficiently./ Peak: Secrets from the New Science of Expertise
