I feel weird in writing such a glowing review someone's gonna be like FAKE. I swear it's not, look up buying profile or reach out directly to me. Whatever man...I'm already getting worked up about people I don't know saying I'm fake...haha
Patrick does give several examples of good exercises to improve your quick wit and a framework, of sorts, how to prepare before any conversation. I did find it helpful and inspirational that anyone can improve and become a better conversationalist. It's not revolutionary, but a nice short read that might open your mind to more things.
