Jacy Corral is an illustrator, hand lettering artist, graphic designer, wife, and mom. After enjoying an extensive career in corporate marketing and design, she traded fancy slacks for yoga pants to focus on the great privilege of raising her daughter, investing in her home and marriage, and creating artwork that helps people to connect and reflect. In 2017, Jacy illustrated ECPA bestseller (#35) Big and Little Coloring Devotional, and she wrote and illustrated Bible ABCs: People of the World in 2019. Jacy lives with her husband, two children, and miniature poodle in West Los Angeles, California.

Jacy Corral (pronounced "Jackie") is a graphic designer, hand lettering artist, and illustrator. After enjoying an extensive career in corporate marketing and design, Jacy shifted her focus toward creating artwork that helps people to connect and reflect through beautiful design.

Jacy is the creator of multiple children's books, her latest releases including The How to Draw Book for Kids series and The Complete Spanish Workbook for Kids. In addition to book projects, Jacy enjoys providing branding services for small companies as well as graphic, product, and packaging design.

An amazing follow up to Jacy’s people themed book! The illustrations are SO adorable, and more than ever invite inquiry for the parent or caregiver who is reading it. The animals are pulled from references throughout the Bible. Many showcase God’s rich use of analogy in helping us understand ourselves. Others call to mind stories of Solomon, Jesus, Eve, Moses, and more. While my child delights in the pictures, I enjoy the deeper themes and thoughtful meditations. A win for readers of all ages!

This book is so beautifully written and illustrated. I just ordered both this book and Ms. Corral's other board book "Bible ABC's: People of the World" for my twin nephew's Easter baskets. What I love most about these books is their illustrations and that she chooses unique bible references making these books stand out in a crowd! My children have outgrown most board books now that they are elementary school aged, but these will remain on our shelves for YEARS to come!
