Later after the ceremony fireworks were going off for both Sarah and Chris, and they ended up dancing the night away...and more. Two very wealthy people were being careful not to develop a relationship and ruin their great friendship with Jake.
Business brought them to work together, causing anxiety and want for both of them. Would they follow their feelings or keep apart to maintain respect for Jake's friendship? Great book and quick read.
Christopher is her "Big" brother Jake's best friend..she's been admired from afar for a while but will the unwritten law of "No Messing With Your Best Friends Sister" that Christopher has honored stay in-force? Will Sara learn to trust again??..will she learn how to forgive herself??...will she ever find "HER SOUL MATE" ?? I won't tell you..you'll have to read this book..and then wait for Book 4 to see the rest of this "Powerful Family's Story"... I want more of the Sherbrookes!!The Billionaire Princess (The Sherbrookes of Newport)
When we first meet Sara Sherbrooke, she's a haughty, snobbish daughter of a presidential candidate. Not even the characters in her first book, The Teacher's Billionaire, liked Sara. But yet the "princess" has a story behind her that softens the character and makes the reader feel like they made a snap judgement of her.
We meet Sara, this time, at her brother's secret wedding. She's single and in the midst of her already married and newly married brothers. Loneliness, alcohol, and a man willing to comfort her makes for a rash decision that leads to a night of passion. The downside is that the man is her brother Jake's best friend, Christopher. And don't we all know the unspoken rule of "you don't date your best friend's sister". Well, Christopher and Sara push that aside and find that they are good together. Christopher helps Sara come out of the cold shell and emerge as a softened butterfly.
Christina did a fabulous job with The Billionaire Princess from start to finished and she has a life long fan in me.
Christopher Hall was Jake Sherbrooke's college roommate and they've been best friends ever since. When Christopher sees Sara at Jake's impromptu wedding, she is not the 16 year old he remembers. Although even at 16, she was more beautiful than any girl he'd ever seen. But as Jake's sister, she is off limits. Until the night of the wedding when his dreams finally come true.
Joining the series at book three, I missed out on Dylan and Jake's stories. I didn't feel I couldn't follow Sara and Christopher, so I wouldn't be concerned about where I pick this series up. I do want to go back and meet Dylan and Jake.

The series so far has been great I cannot wait until book 4 comes out next month! Read it you won't be disappointed!
We've moved on to Sara now, a woman with serious mistrust issues.
A good feel good book were love eventually conquers all.
Just my sort of easy read. Ideal for a cold Sunday afternoon by the fire.
