A frightened young woman with amnesia shows up at Jared Fraser's cabin on the Eve of a blizzard, interrupting his getaway. Fortunately, Jared is one of the good guys, working for the enigmatic Ian Black. (Snowbound, a strange woman with amnesia, and a sexy secret ops savior has to be my favorite setup.) Soon, the bad guys after her are after them both.

Lynn keeps the story zooming along, never a dull moment. The woman -- Libby-- is a chatty person, unlike Jared, who is quiet and contemplative. He thinks she's going to drive him crazy, but instead they just fit and find that something special in each other. But will he still feel the same when she regains her memory?

I have to say I've been a fan of Lynn Raye Harris for several years and I think I've read all of her Hostile Operation Team and HOT SEALs series, but I really have to say at the Black's Bandits are becoming my favorite. (That's like trying to choose between several favorite flavors of ice cream, though. ) Maybe I like Ian Black's band because they're a few years older than the team in the regular military. Maybe its because of Ian Black (& those tantalizing glimpses we get of this terrific character). I enjoy the cameos from previous Blacked Bandits stories.

Next up will be the man himself, Ian Black!

A combat medic and warrior who after doing his duty and completing important .missions prefers his time being alone and reading. He is not as hell and prefers to spend time with women, to meet his needs. They know he is not serious material and that is the way he likes it. We learn about Jared's painful past as we do with Libby. These two meet on one of Jared's downtime weekends. He sees a woman outside of his rental in the snow who is bleeding and hurt. Libby can't remember anything....amnesia! Danger is lurking...pick this story up, you will be hooked. The whole series is awesome.

I can't wait for the rest of the men to get their stores, specially Ian Black!!

Another fantastic read that starts with the action, suspense and yes it even gets hot and heavy. The only problem is, this is his week of solitude that he desperately needs after the last mission. When he turns into the driveway to the cabin there is a woman standing in the middle of it. Libby doesn't know where she came from let alone who she is. A snowstorm is starting so she'll have to stay until the storm stops and they can get out. It doesn't take long for danger to come find them. Libby starts to remember things from her past but still doesn't know what her name is or who is after her. You'll want to read this one and if you haven't already, you should read the other three in this Series. They are all hot, hot and more hot! You won't be able to turn the pages quick enough!

OMG! Another FANTASTIC story by Lynn! This story is about Jared and Libby. All Jared wanted was peace and quiet but then he found an injured woman standing in front of his cabin. Unfortunately, she lost her memory. As we get into the story, we learn about these two and Libby's memory slowly started to come back. When it did, it was explosive! It was interesting how hard Jared fell even though he was a loner. I truly loved his proposal! I am happy these two found their happily ever after! FANTASTIC job Lynn! I would highly recommend this book!

I liked the characters and this time the focus is on the budding relationship between the two before the rest of Blacks Bandits and the ubiquitous Ian Black are involved.
I liked it and the bonus comes at the end when Ian's story is announced as the next book.

I have been a fan of this series from the beginning with the books that have lead up to the Black Bandits series. It’s been a long time between books so it’s been disappointing that this story is quite generic to previous ones within the series. It would be good to read one of these books where the heroine doesn’t get kidnapped at least twice, only to be rescued again. I love romance books but it’s getting to the point with this series that it’s just a name change and similar story with every release.
