What a fantastic ending to Raine, Hammer and Liam's story! Quite an emotional journey to be sure! The road the three main characters traveled was long and rocky-filled with pitfalls and whatever common descriptions of a tough road anyone might use. All three had major issues and lots of baggage when their journey together began, but together they managed to fight through to a wonderful "happily ever after." That being said, I felt as though I made this journey with them as I read their story. I laughed, cried, got angry, felt fearful, felt happy and basically wanted to be there for them. They grew in their love and in their trust and became one in heart, mind and soul.

In this fourth and final book of this storyline, The Edge of Dominance, the three authors, Shayla Black, Jenna Jacob and Isabella LaPearl outdid themselves with the heart-stopping storyline which was filled with suspense, hot sex and a little "Irish Sight." Together the three authors created a brilliant ending to a love story that wows the reader. I sure hope Shayla, Jenna and Isabella plan to continue their collaboration and tell us the stories of Beck, Seth, Heavenly, River and Pike.

Have you ever read a book that you were just dreading the end? Well that is where I was as I was getting closer to the end of The Edge of Dominance. Not because the book was bad but, because the book is just THAT GOOD! I waited a very long time for book 4 and I just didn’t want it to end.

The Doms of Her Life series is best to start at the beginning.

1. One Dom to Love
2. The Young and the Submissive
3. The Bold and the Dominant
4. The Edge of Dominance #4 (this book)

Shayla Black, Jenna Jacob and Isabella LaPearl do such a wonderful job in writing this book & series together! The Edge of Dominance is one HAWT and sexy book and well worth the whole 445 pages. I just wish there was more!

The Edge of Dominance is a continuation of Macen “Hammer” Hammerman, Lian O’Neill and Raine Kendall’s story. It looks like they are finally all in love and have finally admitted it to each other but as in all relationships there are always highs and lows. In this book there seems to be a really low time for Macen. He has a lot of support from Raine & Liam. Will he take it or run? I can’t say because well then that would be a spoiler.

I couldn’t quite tell if there will be another book to this series. This book of course ended happily but, is it the conclusion. I am not sure. I hope we will get more. I would love to know more about River (Raine’s Brother).

I loved The Edge of Dominance and these authors. I can’t get enough of their books. I received this book as an ARC but, I also bought a copy. I give this book 5+ STARS and I can’t help but hope there will be more of Shayla Black, Jenna Jacob and Isabella LaPearl collaborations.

Shayla and Jenna, you have outdone yourself and written a masterpiece. I laughed, I cried, I was sad, I was joyous, I was madder than hell and happier than a hog in slop while reading the book. Got to say, I my humble opinion, it's your best work ever. The characters are so rich and multilayered. The storyline is superb with the right mix of steamy romance and suspense. Macen, Raine and Liam's lives are so inextricably intertwined that they are only whole when all three are together. Again, I love the secondary character Beck and sincerely hope we will be seeing more of him in the future.

In the "finale" of the saga, Hammer tries to fix things with from the past. Expect to cry tears of heartbreak and tears of joy.

Oh my Lord! This book was everything I had hoped for and then some. Hammer, Liam and Raine are still together but have so much more to work through. I did get annoyed with Hammer a lot, even though I knew he had so many things in his life to work through. Liam was always there for Raine and Raine finally grew up a lot compared to the first book or two. There were twists, turns and still enough drama to make me go crazy a few times but I got through it. And the ending, I loved it! Yes, it took a long time to get this whole series written and to the readers but in hindsight, I think it was worth the wait. I'm so glad I didn't give up on it. Get the books and read them if you haven't... BUT... you need to read them in order to know what is going on! Wonderful, wonderful book!!
