Being an Alpha Male is more than just hook ups and money. It's about having character, integrity and leading others in moral way. I've followed men who weren't as muscular and have wives who they were faithful too, and didn't look the part. Yet at the same time they were leaders, confident, strong character and had very strong influence globally.
Secular society has things upside down, and this was a good example.
There were some good points about personal development but there was nothing that made me feel I'm glad I bought this book.
There are one or two disagreeable points, such as "dont seek a girlfriend" (so as not to get tied down -- i would disagree with this being the characteristic of a real man); but overall you'll benefit from this book.
I dont know of any other like it.
It's a well written back to the basics practical guide.Good for newbies, anyone who wants to revisit their game, or those who are re-entering dating market. I'm in this last category.
The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the price. Of course, value is in the mind of a consumer. For me, $4.99 would have been a fair price as compared to similar content on Amazon.

David De Las Morenas lays out, in 30 chapters, the steps he used to piece by piece improve his life. He relates every chapter to something that actually happened to him, and (something I particularly liked) the story has a rough chronology to it - though clearly not a story, it has one.
Really inspired me to look at my own life, and reflect. What am I doing right? What could I be doing better? What worked for him that would probably work for me.
The action steps recommended are very realistic - I've read many great books about improving one's life, but too often authors go too gung-ho in their attempt to motivate the reader. All that counts is consistently progressing and evolving into a slightly better and more effective version of yourself.
PS: Some great recommendations for other books that I hadn't previously come across are made, for which I thank David - I read Ikigai after reading this, and loved it.
