5.0 out of 5 starsDon't start watching if you have plans to do anything else that day.
Michael Connelly's Hieronymus (Harry) Bosch series is one of the best police procedural book series ever written but it's more than that. It's also a great character study. I only hope Season 4 is as good as Seasons 1 - 3. Whoever is responsible for casting Titus Welliver is a genius. I never would have thought of him as Harry but he owns the character.

5.0 out of 5 starsOld school police drama
I don’t watch police dramas on t.v., they’re formulaic, and boring. Bosch is anything but, it’s interesting and it’s great drama. The acting is quite good and the characters are ‘real’ and interesting yeah they each have flaws, but that’s why they’re real. I don’t want to make it sound hokey, but I think Bosch is in some ways a throwback to the best of the ‘70s police shows like Colombo, it isn’t dumbed down like today’s shoes and it creates genuine suspense, rather than just strapping you onto an emotional rollercoaster. give it a try because it doesn’t cost a cent to watch and you will like it, but if for some reason you don’t you’re only out an hour of your time.

Let me begin by saying that I am a big Michael Connelly fan. I have read everything he has written and I have watched all four seasons of Bosch.
Just finished binge watching Season 4 (and I am not much of a binger) -- I enjoyed it thoroughly.

5.0 out of 5 starsBosch is by far one of the best shows I've ever seen
Bosch is by far one of the best shows I've ever seen. Great plots, amazing characters and by far some of the best actors ever. I cannot stress how amazing this show is. If you like police dramas that actually have a point and great plots as well as character developments, you will be blown away by this show!

5.0 out of 5 starsMakes you want to read the books. Come on season 4.
I was compelled to start reading the Bosch series after watching season one. The character Titus plays is dead on. I can't picture anyone else playing that role. Although they splice a few books together in each season & moved the stories 15-20 years ahead (Maddie was a baby in same stories) to make them more relevant to current events & technology, the screen stays true to the essence of Connelly's story plots. I'm up to book 13 in series, but can't wait for season 4 in April.

My wife and I have read all of the Michael Connelly books, and anxiously await for his next. We also have watched all four seasons of Bosch and give Amazon Prime and big thanks for producing this series. They are all very well and the acting superb. Titus Welliver plays Bosch to a T. Like the books the series is hard to put down. We anxiously await season 5.
