But if you are interested in learning more about how to optimize brain performance, this book is really a good read. You will definetely learn something new.
Like the first book, this one was written in an easy to follow style.
There was a lot of helpful information and advice for handling stress. The information on the vagus nerve was new for me. There was so much "food for thought" throughout the book. This should be on any shortlist on the subject. I highly recommend this book.
