I like this book a lot. I have been reading it to my students and they love it! Author describes some difficult situations from (I believe) every kid's life and gives advice and techniques how to deal with them. Now I want to get all the books from that series.

I got that book for my 5 years old daughter. Very glad that I did. This is exactly what we needed! These are methods that she can learn now and keep throughout her life. The illustrations are amazing!

I nice book that will help you and your child acknowledge feelings and calm down with breathing exercises.

The only thing I really dislike about this book is the beginning of the story. Writers should be more mindful of the language they use in their books for children. “Afraid to sleep with the lights off because some dreams have with monsters with teeth”?
It’s very negative language, putting fear into children. There’s million other reasons to choose from for a child to be upset about.

I personally will be sticking these two pages together and not read them. Otherwise the rest of the story is nice.
