So very bad.

Not really much of a plot to speak of here. Main character is an alcoholic who loses touch with reality after a workplace shooting. But what this script misses is a goal for the main character. Nothing is really set up in the first 30 minutes. The main character just ambles through the house and experiences vision, that don't really take the plot anywhere or advance the character development. It seems they wanted to portray suspense, but that actually takes skill to pull of in a script, which this writer clearly didn't have, and as such this is one of the most boring films I've ever seen.

Surprised at the low ratings for this redemption story

This was actually a really well done movie. I admit that the main characters were hard to like... but that was kind of the point. It's slow moving and there is a lot of circular things happening so it can feel a little bit repetitive, but again that's the point. I feel like people may have given up early on and don't realize that.

Throughout the movie you get hints that more is going on here. You get glimpses of her past mistakes and how she's done her best to avoid taking responsibility for any of it. There are supernatural elements that come into play and then you start to understand what's happening.

I admit that the ending wasn't a surprise I guessed about half way through that we were looking at...

*SPOILERS*

... basically a kind of purgatory. Eventually the woman who owns the hotel comes out and makes it plain in a blunt way that the girl won't be able to leave until she takes responsibility. Worth watching once, probably not one that I'll rewatch any time soon but I enjoyed it.

AN EXCELLENT FILM OF SUSPENSE AND TERROR WITH A TWIST

THIS IS A MUCH BETTER MOVIE THAN IT INITIALLY APPEARS. FOR THOSE WHO GAVE IT A CHANCE AND SAW IT THROUGH, IT WAS FIVE ⭐️ STARS. A WOMAN NEAR ABOUT THIRTY IS A RELATIVE ALCOHOLIC. WORKING IN HUMAN RELATIONS, SHE BASICALLY IGNORES THE PLIGHT OF AN EMPLOYEE FIRED FRIDAY, WHO ARRIVES MONDAY SHOOTING OTHER WORKERS. THE FABULOUS
ACTRESS , I.E. THE PROTAGONIST IS SIOBHAN WILLIAMS, A TREASURE. AS SHE DRIVES TO THE COUNTRY SHE SELECTS A QUIET,
SECLUDED HOTEL. SHE GOES COLD TURKEY WITH HER DRINKING, BUT HAS AN ....UNUSUAL.....LANDLADY GIVING HER ADVICE. QUITE A FEW TERRIFYING INCIDENTS OCCUR, AND THE FINAL DENOUEMENT, I.E. UNRAVELING AND CONCLUSION ARE BREATHTAKING AND NOT OF THIS 🌎 WORLD. THIS FINALE IS A DOUBLE TWIST AND WILL BE VERY SATISFYING FOR THOSE WHO FINISHED THE FILM. THE LANDLADY PLAYS A GREAT 👍 PART IN THIS. WATCH UNTIL THE FINAL CREDITS FOR THE LAST TWIST.

Meh, was okay but honestly wouldn't watch it again. A bit slow moving and often repetitive at times, acting was basic, nothing of real substance and would not recommend to any family or friends.

I forgot I was even watching this film until I looked at my watched list. Looks like I watched 3/4's of it and just gave up. I have to really think about it to even remember it because it's so bad, and it's not been much over a week. It's really quite bad.

Very interesting film..stay open minded and pay attention and you will understand why every thing happens the way it does in the film. Not the best acting ever, but not bad. I really like the lady in charge of the motel. Good psychological thriller.
