Broken: Broken Trilogy, Volume 1 Audible Audiobook – Unabridged
My name is Savannah Miller. My father is the mayor of New York. One day, after my 27th birthday, I was grabbed from behind. A cloth sack was quickly pulled over my head, and I was taken from everything I'd ever known.
I was beaten, starved, treated like an animal, and forced to live in a room with no windows. With no sense of time and no dignity left, I finally gave up hope and made a promise to myself to end it all. Unfortunately, it was going to be a slow process.
Then one night an elite group of US Army soldiers came to my rescue. I was brought to a safe house and given two options:
One - Stay under their protection and follow their rules or....
Two - Leave and be guaranteed to be returned to the savages within a week.
I chose option one.
As I work with a therapist and begin processing my hellish ordeal, things slowly begin to surface. With the help of new friends and a potential new love, I fight to get my life back and make choices that will forever alter my future. This is my story....

Finally she is rescued by a group of men and taken to a safe location somewhere else yet she still doesn't have all the answers she is looking for.
Gradually she begins to trust most of the men she is with and it's clear that the danger is still there. But slowly she begins to have feelings for Logan and feels most safe with him.
But when they learn about some deception within their ranks will Logan and the rest of the men be able to keep Savannah safe?
This is a great read that leaves you in a cliff-hanger that makes you swear up and down!
My heart just went out to Savannah that she had to go through so much as a prisoner and then not knowing who possibly could have deceived her. She is tough and not afraid after awhile of speaking her mind once she feels safe. I was so mad at what was done to her by one guy and I was glad she found a safe place.
Logan was awesome and I loved the little twist with him. He was so protective of Savannah and had never felt this way about anyone before. Yet he was also crossing a "work" line and was in uncharted territory. I was glad he gave Savannah a place to escape.
I loved the gradual relationship between the two and how they each learned to rely on the other and trust.
The ending was so heartbreaking and OMG I can't even explain what my heart went through. I am so excited to read the next one as I know the author can't leave me hanging like this!! By Rebecca
Once I got past the prologue, the opening scene drew me in like a moth to a flame. I was transported into the book. Each and every detail made it like a movie was playing in my head. I could see everything, feel everything. I was in the moment. The opening scene is captivating in a way that is intoxicating, but still makes you gasp and shiver because it is so intense. As the story continues, you get sucked in even more because you HAVE TO KNOW what is happening. You can’t stop from turning the page.
I won’t give much away in my reviews because I want you to be in the moment, feel each and every moment with your own two eyes as the story evolves around you. This is a thrilling romance novel that has you gasping for more, needing it like oxygen in your lungs. The kissing scenes make you want that kind of kiss in your life and the sex scenes. Oh those sex scenes. They send shivers to all the right places, if you catch my drift. It’s not overly raunchy but just enough to be like HOT DAMN. Intense is an understatement and let me tell you, it may not be your cup of tea, but it pulls the story together fantastically.
Now this book is part of a trilogy. And not the type where a new hero or heroine is portrayed in each one, but a full on trilogy focusing on a hero and a heroine. So needless to say, there is a cliffhanger at the end. And this cliffhanger will have you screaming WHAT IN THE… because I promise the first time I read this… that is exactly what I yelled. Only I believe my language was a lot more colorful and then I had to explain to my six year old that that language is NOT to be used.
With all of that being said. I give this book a shining 5 stars. It took me to the places, it gave me just enough detail to play out in my head, it gave me goosebumps and made me shiver. If you haven’t read it yet, I highly suggest it. And if sex scenes aren’t your style, I promise they aren’t the entirety of the book. The entire book gives you something to hold onto and those sex scenes just intensify the moments between the two stars.

I loved Cole & Savannah, Cole was such a gentleman, caring, supportive & so in love with Savannah it melted me but at the same time he was tough (well he was an army man) possessive, fearless.......I could go on.
Savannah was also a tough cookie, well with what she went through she would have to be.
The only thing I didn't like was how easily she seemed to push Coe away at times instead of letting him in. He didn't do anything to make her do that.
The supporting cast (especially mark & Keith) were excellent too.
A fabulously told story filled with action, love and adventure!
I have now read the full trilogy a number of times!!
I would also recommend the audible version.
