Just received my ink and as I began to pink over 20 pages I realized that my black is not black all 20 of my pages are blue. Never had this problem before when I ordered my ink from Amazon. Must say do not the time to send back but for price I will not order ink from this company again. I needed black. Dr Carolyn Smith

It has been difficult to get ink for our Brother printer during this covid period. But I just ordered another complete set of ink and it arrived in just a few days. I have had this Brother printer for 15 years now. The few times I've had problems, I called Brother. Issues were minor and customer service helped immediately. In this throw away economy, I very much appreciated something that works well and is still supported. Plus, I don't have to relearn how to use another printer. I would definitely get another Brother printer when mine finally dies. But, I did just by a Brother printer for a nonprofit organization. Didn't want to give mine away even though it's probably on borrowed time.

What INK?! II am extremely disappointed by this purchase! I bought this set for the purpose of school and it did not even last for 2 weeks. I spent most of my time cleaning the printer as the quality of the documents were very poor so I was even more shocked to see the yellow cartridge had already finished. I ended up purchasing another printer from another brand as the investment to repurchase these inks was too expensive and inefficient.

Ink Bleeding on Good quality paper

When I used this cartridge for printing, basic black text on an A4, the ink bled a little. I was only trying to print some documents for my lessons, and for the most part it was B&W so it makes no sense why there were faded pink ink on the paper. I switched my cartridges for another brand and it worked fine after. I almost thought my printer was broken. I would not recommend this product if you need very neat documents.

I opened and installed the cartridges as soon as they were delivered. Ran print alignment and color test and also ran a cleaning cycle. I follow the same steps each time I install new cartridges. I was not able to get any of these to print (color or black and white). Installed old cartridges and will go to my local supply store. Seems even though these are brand new they may be dried up? Prints fine when I installed the old cartridges.

Since I ordered this replacement cartridge when my ink might have been running low, but wasn't out yet, I didn't actually place the ink cartridge in the printer and try to use it until after the return window had closed. Bad choice. The cartridge has no ink (?) or for whatever reason will not function in the printer when installed. But, since it has been a few weeks since I ordered it, I also can't return it. Pretty poor situation.

Great price on Brother ink cartridges compared to Office Depot. Unfortunately, my printer seems to drink up the ink and after this printer wears out, I'll never buy another one from Brother. The printer was inexpensive, but the ink has really added a lot to our home office expenses over the years. Far superior printers from HP I've read and much less expense with the ink.
