Is this really a new machine? There are scratches on the face plate of the machine when the product box was opened carefully which suggests that this machine had been shipped to another customer previously. I might have kept the device; but, I cannot program the machine. Worst of all is the statement that the machine has been discontinued which was not revealed anywhere until I received the machine. I contacted Brother support for this machine and was able to "chat" which was of no help. I am demanding that all of my money be refunded.
