Grandkids LOVE it! It is a very cute and sweet show. Catchy music. Line up for recess and it's time for lunch may be in every episode. There are many things a creature under water really can't do but that is to be overlooked. My 18 month old grand daughter now loves it like her older siblings. Cute stories.

The Ben Hur of children's programming, Bubble Guppies is quintessentially the best thing on TV. Further, having the ability to stream Bubble Guppies on my smart phone on demand has proven life saving on multiple car rides and near-meltdown situations. I love the fact that these kids are either auto-tuned to perfection or have actual talent - something difficult to come by these days. Trust me when I say that both you and/or your young child will truly enjoy this show.
My grandson is 2 and loves watching Bubble Guppies. I love the music and educational aspects this animation has. I was a little surprised there are no recent updated versions of this program. Content is one I don't mind watching with my grandson.
I have been using the Amazon Video app on my phone to stream this to our Apple TV, and my son loves the show. He's 4 y/o and loves to sing the songs and really pays attention and learns while watching. The characters are cute and relatable to young kids and it's just overall a fun, but educational show. It not only teaches kids things they might learn in school, but also teaches social skills. Definitely a must watch for kids!

Pros: Fun educational, good for ages 3-6 Cons: The Bubble Guppies rendition of hit songs such as "Pencil Case" from Lady Gaga's "Poker Face" WILL stick in your head. Expect to begin singing along with your preschooler about pencil cases if "Poker Face" comes on the radio.
For kids shows, this one earns my vote for the sole reason that the characters EXPLAIN life concepts. This isn't Peppa, where a mean little pig yells at her parents, friends, and brother in an English accent, your kids may actually learn something!
My 14-month old loves this show and I honestly DO NOT mind watching it with her. It is both educational and entertaining. I noticed that she listens and understands things better when she started watching this show. When I want her to eat she would fight me but now I just sing, "what time is it? It's time for lunch!" as they do in the show and she starts smiling and dancing and walks to her booster seat herself!
My 3 year old is obsessed with this show. She has been watching this since she was about 18 months old and she walks around singing the songs. I don't think we can say "what time is it?" or say the word "outside" without her breaking in to song. We ended up buying the season so she could watch the episodes without the internet as we have been traveling a lot to see family this summer and it has been a life saver. It keeps her quite for a long time and our 6 year old even enjoys watching or listening to the shows. We mainly enjoy this show because it does a great job of hiding education with fun. They teach about animals, promote complex thinking skills, matching, memory, colors, and math. Definitely a great suggestion for toddlers.
This is not a series of episodes like the others. It's more of a movie style extended episode based around fairly tales. It's a bit too long winded for the toddlers, but probably better suited for the older toddler ages, 4-6 yrs.
My daughter is almost two, and although she really likes Bubble Guppies, this is her least favourite.
I can't brag enough about how great this movie is. My two year old grandson is a huge Bubble Guppy fan and whenever he comes to Granny's house he goes straight to the DVD collection and pulls this one out. He can find it anywhere in the collection. He sits infront of the tv with his undivided attention to the Bubble Guppies and nothing else. I would highly recommend this movie to any Guppy fan. It has many stories in it and is well worth every penny.
Not what I expected, perhaps I should have read the description more in depth. It has two regular tv episodes and a 3rd, longer episode (not shown on tv). I was hoping it would be more of an exclusive feature, glad I bought it on sale!
