Of course in the confidence context this means that your physical appearance will affect how people treat you and how your confidence is able to grow. It isn't rocket science but it was something that I refused to do for a long time,thinking it was a shallow solution that made me a cop out.

Like any self-help book, the important part is that you go out and practice the techniques until they become ingrained in your behavior. It is always scary and awkward the first few times, if like me you weren't used to behaving confidently, but once you see how they change the way people treat you it positively reinforces it in your mind.
I always saw the confident, free person as someone that I wished I could be but could never achieve. Patrick King has greatly helped to show me how to change my mindset to change my life.
I very seldom give a book 5 stars, but I gave,
Bullet Proof Confidence, the max number, because
it is spot on in everything the author has written.
It is easy to understand, meaning you are not bored
with page after page of psycho-babble.
Instead, you get clear, sometimes hard to swallow, ideas
as to why you have little to no confidence.
I will touch on a few of the main topics and thoughts of
Confidence is the definition of learned behavior.
It is one of the most difficult states of mind to achieve.
Changing your physical appearance, can make a big change
in your confidence level.
The signals you send out, say what kind of confidence you have.
Don't fall into the "Imposter Syndrome": Confidence built by others.
It is nothing but a losing situation, and it can cause "self-doubt" to move
in lightning fast.
Confidence is made step by step. And all it takes is doing, taking action.
Start with small victories, remind yourself of them daily, and keep moving
Feed back, positive or negative, affects confidence, and all open the door
for----FAILURE---- to rush in.That all powerful emotion that causes you to
stop trying any and everything, because you don't want to FAIL.
If I had allowed "Failure" to creep into my self confidence, I would not have
written any books, probably not even this review.
I have touched on many, not nearly all, of the topics in this book. And, it is
here that I shall leave you to read, Bullet Proof Confidence, for yourselves.
Read and reread it. There is too much good information to be able to grasp
it all, with just one reading.

Some chapters I was like 'ok, I know that' but good for review and others I was like "woohooo" wait, let me rewind and here that again, ok, let me rewind again and hear that 3x.... :)
This would have been a game changer in my marriage. I now can see how I have been reacting at work to a situation that is within myself. A few fingers are pointing back at me. Sheesh. HELLO SELF- lets do a mental detox shall we :) Aren't we a poopy species in how we behave when our confidence is low and ACT out rather than put words to our feelings. Yup, we give meaning to what happends out there and we are 100% in control of how we react to it. 100% ! This book was a definite value for the price.
I HIGHLY recommend it so you too can self-reflect and be better in acting and reacting your family, people around you and where you go in the world.
Thank you to Patrick for opening up some realms in an understandable and digestable manner for me.
