I Absolutely Love This Video.I am 52 going on 53 and I Don't Get Tired of This Movie. The Ending Upsets Me Everytime I Watch This Movie. I Guess I'll Have to Quit Watching The Ending. But it's Still a Great Movie.

It was a nice movie to watch with our 8 year old son who has no clue what technology we had way back when. Actually this movie was still a little before my time but I saw it when I was his age. Admittedly, I had a crush on Ms. Valerie. My son thought it was entertaining and enjoyed the movie without today's CGI technology. Now he wants a robotic security dog as a pet. But honestly, I can't help but wonder why no one has developed C.H.O.M.P.S today with our advanced technology?

Should be re-classified as pg

The plot of the movie is ok. My 5 year old loved it, but it was ruined at the very end with an offensive word said by one of the characters. That one word makes it a pg movie, not g as it has been classified.

Giving C.H.O.M.P.S. a 4 star rating (even though it's technology is quite outdated), because my kids all laughed like crazy! This was a clean, innocent, fun movie and we wish there were many more like this for families to enjoy.

C.H.O.M.P.S. (1979) A Cute movie from my childhood

C.H.O.M.P.S. is a cute family classic.

A movie from my childhood. I watched the movie the day that it arrived.

Overall, C.H.O.M.P.S. is a good movie. It was rated G in the USA and PG in Canada. It should have a PG rating here as well because of the language used by a character in the movie.

Just like I remembered from when I was a kid.

This was a fun movie when I was a kid and still pretty fun to see again. Just a note, it's rated G but has two cuss words, one is literally the very last word of the movie, just stupid.
