Would recommend this to any overthinkers and easily stressed out there. No more negative talk!
The book explains really well the science behind anxiety and the brain's interaction with intense emotions, and overthinking, stress, anxiety. The book offers some good practical advice and skills for stressors and intense emotions. I liked the 5-4-3-2-1- grounding technique. Thoughtful and well written.
I was particularly impressed with the introduction because the author walks through all kinds of anxiety and how they are interrelated. Making the entire book, right off the bat, seem more applicable.
