From the manufacturer
Flexible Swivel Stik
The Camco RV Flexible Swivel Stik Holding Tank Rinser helps clean your RV holding tank after it is emptied. Cleaning your holding tank is important, because it keeps holding tank sensor clear and operating effectively. It also helps prevent unwanted odors from lingering in the tanks after you have emptied them. The Flexible Swivel Stik is best used in RVs that have the holding tank mounted at an offset or away from the toilet. It easily attaches to any standard garden hose and has a flow-through body. The powerful rotary cleaning action sprays water onto the sides of the holding tank, helping to dislodge waste that remained after emptying the tank. The quarter-turn pressure-sealed shut off valve allows you to selectively control water flow, or completely turn it off when you’re done. It features an easy grip handle, and all moving parts are made of brass so they won’t corrode over time.
How it Works
The Flexible Swivel Stik is best used in RVs that have the holding tank mounted at an offset or away from the toilet. Make sure that this is the case with your RV before purchasing. If your holding tank is directly under the toilet, purchase the straight Swivel Stik instead. Always wear gloves when using the swivel stik, and use a hose that is marked Not For Drinking Use. First, empty your holding tanks completely. Leave the tank drain valve open and the sewer hose attached to both the RV and the dump station. Next, attach your garden hose to the yellow female end of the Swivel Stik by twisting the male end of the hose into the female end of the valve on the Swivel Stik. Turn on the water at the source, making sure the shut-off valve is in the off position. Water pressure must be less than 100-psi. If greater, use a pressure regulator like Camco 40052/40055. Open the sliding valve on your RV toilet and hold it open. Insert the brass end of the Swivel Stik down through the toilet bowl and into the holding tank. Make sure that the sliding valve does not abruptly close onto the Swivel Stik, as this could damage both the Swivel Stik and the sliding valve. Turn the shut-off valve to the on position, and while continuing to hold the Swivel Stik, allow the powerful rotary action to blast the inside of your holding tank with water. Move the Swivel Stick around the opening to reach all the side walls of the holding tank. When you feel that the holding tank is thoroughly cleansed, switch the shut-off valve to the off position, remove the Swivel Stik from the holding tank and take it outside. Shut off the water at the source, unscrew the Swivel Stik from the hose, thoroughly clean it with bleach and store it for later use.
Note: You do not need to use the Swivel Stik every time the holding tank is dumped, typically you use at the end of your trip or when the RV will not be used for a given period of time. Also, you should always use immediately following a dump while everything is still damp and moist, if the tank has been allowed to dry out, fill the tank with water and allow the water to sit for several hours to loosen/soften left over residue, then dump the tank and immediately rinse.

It was impressive.
I had a clogged up tank on my 32 foot Keystone Sprinter travel trailer.
This was due to me not using the “proper toilet paper”.
My black water tank level indicator showed me that the level would never empty below 2/3.
I drained the tank outside as much as possible, (2/3), and left the emptying valve open.
I them ran my water hose with this tool attatched to the end of it inside my camper.
I depressed the foot valve and inserted it into the tank.
I sprayed the upper portion of the tank to clean it as much as possible.
When it began to fill up I allowed the tool to go down into the tank below the water line, creating a vortex of water.
I could hear the swivel end spinning like a propeller.
When the tank was completely full, I turned off the water supply valve located on the tool.
I listened to the tank begin to slowly empty.
Then, I heard it suddenly GUSH out of the drain!
I allowed the tank to empty.
I began to wash the inside of the tank with the tool, and did this for about 10 minutes.
I shut off the outside drain and began to clean the tank inside again.
When the water filled up the truck tank this time it was with CLEAR WATER!
I drained the tank again & checked my gauge.
This is one fine product.
After using this I went back again with my old wand, the Valterra brand "Master Blaster" tank wand and it did an excellent job. It removed a good deal of additional debris from the sides and corners of the tank that the Swivel Stick left behind. Because you can aim it I was able to direct it at the tank level sensors to get them to work properly once again, which the Swivel Stick had not accomplished. It also seems to have more blast-power due to it's single jet.
The reason I bought the Swivel Stick is the Master Blaster is cumbersome to use. Because you must turn the entire wand as you work around the sides of the tank it is a struggle with the hose twisting.
If you could use a swivel connector from the hose to the Master Blaster it would be my first choice. But until I find that fitting I will likely use the Swivel Stick more often.

It does the trick, just hookup your hose to the end, stick it in the toilet of your RV and let it spray away the residue and matter, it has good pressure so make sure it's far enough in the toilet or you'll get some spray back!
