From the manufacturer
The inside of the tote tank is smooth (so that it doesn’t trap odors or debris) and sloped toward the drain hole (making it easy to empty completely). The large, no-flat wheels have bearings to make them sturdier and have a large circumference to make going over rough terrain easier. The bottom of the tote tank features an integrated ladder hook and tie-down grooves, allowing you to hang the tank on your RV’s ladder when it is empty.
The top of the tote tank features two separate water inlets: one is an integrated tank rinser that can be used with a Grey water hose. It has an easy grip connector, backflow preventer, and multi-directional spray that helps clean away debris from the sidewalls of the interior of the tote tank. The other water inlet is male connection that can be used with the included 15-inch female to female orange grey water hose.
Using Your Rhino Tote Tank
Filling Your Tote Tank
When dumping your RV or trailer’s waste tank, you will need the clear double bayonet elbow and the 3-foot sewer hose. The clear elbow with double bayonet ends securely attaches to the waste inlet on the tote tank & allows you to see when your tanks are empty. The 3-foot RhinoEXTREME hose has an exoskeleton design and utilizes TPE technology that protects against pinholes and offers superior abrasion resistance, crush protection, and compression for storage. The bayonet end of the sewer hose securely connects to your RV or trailer’s waste valve, and has a gasket to ensure a secure seal. The lug end of the sewer hose connects to one of the bayonet ends of the elbow. All bayonet and lug ends on the sewer hose and elbows swivel for easy use. Before filling the tote tank, attach the steel tow adapter, as it can be difficult to put in place after the tank is full, and remove the cap on the water inlet to vent air and make filling smoother and easier. Take care to not overfill the tote tank.

Moving Your Tote Tank
After filling the tote tank, replace the waste inlet cap and water inlet cap, and make sure the tank rinser cap is also tightly secured. The Rhino Tote Tanks have large, no-flat wheels that make rolling over any terrain easy. Tote tanks also feature a durable, oversized handle to make pulling the tote tank more ergonomic. If the tote tank is too heavy when full to transport manually, included is a removable steel tow adapter, that allows you to tow the tote tank slowly behind a golf cart or truck.
Additional Tote Tank Usage Information
Emptying Your Tote Tank Hose
When emptying the tote tank, you will need the included sewer hose and the bayonet to 4-in-1 clear elbow. The 4-in-1 adapter securely screws into any standard sized dump station sewer inlet. When you are ready to dump the tote tank (smaller sizes) remove the waste cap on the tote tank waste inlet and securely attach the sewer hose to the tote tank and to the dump station sewer inlet. Remove the cap on the water inlet to allow airflow. Then, lift the tote tank from the handle end and allow the waste to flow out until empty. (larger sizes) securely attach the sewer hose to the integrated tote tank waste outlet with gate valve and to the dump station sewer inlet.
Remove the cap on the water inlet to maintain airflow, then open the gate valve and allow the waste to flow out until empty. (both) The low drain hole and smooth, sloped interior of the tote tank make emptying easy. Be sure to close the gate valve and replace all caps before bringing the tote tank back to your campsite.
Cleaning Your Tote Tank
The Rhino Tote Tank Kit features an integrated tank rinser water inlet that has a multi-directional spray to rinse the interior tank sidewalls. The tank rinser has a backflow preventer to keep contaminated water out of your hose. To rinse the tank, attach a grey water hose or a standard garden hose designated for sanitation use to the tank rinser via the easy grip connector, turn on the water and rinse. Alternatively, the included 15-inch female-to-female Rhino grey water hose can connect to the other water inlet/vent and any standard male water connection to fill and flush the tank with water more quickly than the rinser, but without the multi-directional spray. The vent/water inlet does not have a backflow preventer, so the included hose is bright orange to designate it as “Grey Water Use Only.” Once the tote tank has been thoroughly rinsed, the dirty water can be emptied in the same fashion that waste is emptied into a dump station.
Storing Your Tote Tank
The tote tank waste inlet, integrated tank rinser and water inlet all have designated caps, plus lanyards so that you don’t lose them. The 3-foot sewer hose compresses for storage, and includes two storage caps to prevent drips during storage. The bottom of the tote tank has an integrated ladder hook to hang on your RV ladder. Only hang the tote tank on your RV ladder when it is empty. The body of the tote tank has grooves designed to accommodate tie-down straps, so that you can make sure the tote tank stays in place while it is hanging on the ladder.

There are a couple of things to know before buying that may affect your decision.
1. Due to the size it sits high. Depending on your clearance under your trailer it may cause an issue. For example for my purposes using this on a 2 acre parcel, I had to dig out a little so this would sit a couple inches lower. I do not consider it a fault of the product so no stars removed. But an important consideration for your application.
2. There is a metal tow handle. While moving by hand I use that on the front so that its extended. It is not a permanent attachment but fits into place and can move around. Using by hand without an extension was more difficult. A strap or other means to extend the front makes movement easier....think of pulling a roll on luggage onto a plane. The longer the handle the less likely your legs will hit it.
Hope these two things help in your decision making. Please mark helpful if you found it useful.
Great buy, and would buy again.
Needs a level indicator, very hard to tell when getting full.
There are visible indentations where the tow arm was resting while towing. This area could probably use some form of reinforcement. Maybe a dedicated metal plate or insert.
within three uses the flex hose leaked - see video - leaks where flex hose comes into swivel end fitting. note this video is right after a dump, the leak is much faster while waste is flowing & continues to leak after RV dump valve is closed.
then after about 6 weeks of use the intake cap leaked. that i noticed after i had hooked it onto the truck. i had a drip all the way back to my RV’s dump valve.
between pulling with the orange handle vs. the tow hook. the tow hook is the FAR superior method.
no fill gage is awkward. i use a chopstick with a line on it. but since seeing the waste rise out of the “tiny” 3/4” hose thread hole can be difficult in some kinds of light, i’ve overfilled it. nothing overflowed because of the laws of dump gravity and i easily removed the excess from the line into a bucket. FYI barker sells one that will fit that hole https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0007KQY3K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_hs7UCbZRMYZ5Z.
the wheels are soft to touch in the arizona heat. upon closer inspection i feel they will be durable, they are a rubberized plastic & that’s the way they look & feel. they roll easily over speed bumps & rough terrain. and you don’t have to fill them with air.
the cart is 12-1/4” high (to top of intake hole) but my RV is high enough. i use a 11” high bucket to support the hose plus one or two 2x10s depending on the terrain i’m parked on. WARNING - the flex hose can slinky. it did once and there were no leaks or falling off but after that i’ve always supported it and no more slinky.
i’ve ordered the barker to compare. a dump cart should be effortless in that there should be no doubts about its durability & RELIABILITY.

I placed order on Sunday and the item arrived on Thursday, which is excellent turn around for how remote I am.
I used it to dump my black water last weekend. It is a sturdy design, quick and easy setup with all the required attachments included.
The caps and hoses have tight connections, I have no issues with the cap being loose. All caps and connections are tight with no worries on leaks.
If you are going to tow the tank make sure you drive slow. Complaints about the tank not being sturdy when you are towing the tank while driving fast. Fast is anything above walking speed. If you are going to tow the tank to a dump site you should be driving at 10Kph.
This cart has solved that issue fully. Its incredibly easy to fill, empty and to transport. I was honestly skeptical of the towing attachment but it works absolutely perfectly. Can drain the grey water, tow to dump station and be back at the camper in less than 15 minutes in most cases.
A must have accessory for stretching the number of days you can get out of your campers systems when full hook ups aren't available.
