Dan Stone, an implacable and highly skilled CIA assassin also answers to another master - Watchers who see the larger struggle between good and evil and who use Dan for a higher purpose (enough said about that - I don't want to spoil it). This is the third in my Dan Stone series. Dan is in Europe in this story. He'll have many more adventures there. However, I skipped ahead in the timeline from my second book, The Shaman, so my next novel may take Dan back to where The Shaman leaves off. You'll enjoy the action and Dan's complex loyalties in this adventure through some unusual parts of Europe. I always try to deliver some interesting twists along the way.

After receiving a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Masters of Education, David began his working career as a teacher…until he was seduced by motorcycles. He threw himself into racing and left teaching to open a motorcycle dealership, thereby starting a dual career as motorcycle dealer and racer. After achieving some level of racing success, he realized his future did not lie on the track (not really built for the sport, being six feet, four inches tall). The motorcycle business expanded into the fitness business, and he went on to build a twenty-seven store regional chain.

Always a voracious reader with a vivid imagination, since leaving the business world, he began writing full-time. He and his wife recently moved to the eastern shore of the Chesapeake Bay to a house with a wonderfull writing nook on the second floor (big selling feature).

"After the Fall: Jason's Tale" was my first book published. It is a post apocalyptic story that rose to #1 in both PA and dystopian categories. After two sequels, I started witing in the thriller genre as well, starting with "Payback". Six books later, I'm enjoying my protagonist, Dan Stone, as he deals with terrorists across the globe. I plan to write in both series as long as possible (story lines sometimes run out of gas.) See my book list for complete bibliography.

Another page turner and more mystic guides to shooting the bad guy targets. One thing leads to another starting with the rescue of a beautiful girl from a perverted porno maker. But that mission is a side show that leads to the main course. It’s the usual terrorists and money launderers that make the pages fly. Dan starts to get love interest and that could be a set up for more stories. There a bit of stretches in the story that seem unlikely, but then again it’s Dan the Man. Don’t get him mad at you. Eagerly, waiting for the next book...

Nees does it again. Great action. Suspend your rational mind and Watch out for action action intrigue. Spoiler alert, I got a little worried when Dan Stone was alone with a teenager pormn star. I was worried that we were going to be "treated" to a older man and teen girl sex romp just like the Apocalyptides ( some authors of Apocalytic gendre) itreat us to, but Nee s held himself back. Only negative I found was that Nee s used the stupid word of reaching or finding "purchase" instead of just the guy fell and hit the ground. I forgive Nee s for that minor FUBA R indiscretion. Highly recommend this book and series.

Dan is back but this time, new characters are thrown in the mix. Kind of hard to swallow that two guys from the Unit would be a bit slower than Dan but I guess that the author must keep the main character as the hero of the story. Regardless, excellent story.

I've just finished reading the third book in the Dan Stone series. Dan has become an assassin recruited by Jane in employment with the C.I.A. After the murder of his wife and unborn child he agrees to take out terrorists before they can take any action. Dan has come to the attention of "watcher" a group of psychic shaman that guide Dan on his quests. A different sort of series but thoroughly readable.
