I am annoyed, however, of his tenancy of equating the word “liberal” with a non-believer. I am a Christian who has accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior many decades ago; politically, many of my views lean left. Quite simply, there are conservative Christians and liberal Christians and politically center Christians; it is not necessary to insult any group. It is so disconcerting that “ liberal” is used as a pejorative in Pastor Strobel’s books; he probably has lost me as a reader.

hope---for this life or an afterlife. The author writes from personal experience and anyone wanting hope should
read his book.
