"Change Your Schedule, Change Your Life" offers a simple way of looking at which habits help and harm us. For example, I never knew that fasting at night was so important and why snacking in the evenings contributes to a whole set of problems. Dr. Suhas not only gives you the "what" to do but also the "why."
I highly encourage you to pick up a copy!

With incorporation of Ayurvedic knowledge, understanding of types of exercises, diets, and schedule right for one’s body, and enhancement of one’s awareness about their body and mind, I think this book serves as a powerful tool for those who are seeking to detoxify their system and develop personalized plans for their well-being. Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar seems to have poured a great deal of knowledge in this book to help readers learn about their body and alleviate stress that our bodies experience at cellular level, which leads to chronic ailments.
Altering my own daily schedule has lead me to feel healthier, more alert and productive at work, and less stressed. Although it is definitely not easy to break away from old unhealthy habits, but with conscious effort, I think it possible to make such change and adopt healthy habits. I would definitely recommend this book!
So what u gonna say on that? It literally impossible.
I go to sleep at 3 am and wake up at 11 am and everything works the same for me. Just shifted time. Because body do not linked to the light. Some other parts are useful but thing with daylight is BS.
