I first experienced Danial Beaty’s genius in Philly at the Susan J Roberts theater , the Resurrection production. Chapter and verse just like every other production I’ve attended does not disappoint, great writing, great detail and acting; and just like every other time the end of the show have me in tears, highly recommend !

I wasn't sure if I would like this movie or not but I just started watching it & I really like it, even though it is slow at the beginning but in the middle of the movie, I like it & the ending was a little sad but still good. Its a ghetto type of movie but its a movie that most of us black people can really relate to, a really moving movie :)

An interesting movie which depicts the struggles of young and old individuals in the inner ciiy. This movie had funny moments with a rather sad ending.

I enjoyed the movie. It was realistic and had a poignant ending. Not your typical happily ever after story.

Just got my dvd! lucky the disc was not scratched but it would be appreciated if in the future dont send the disc in a broken case because it can scratch the disc!besides that everything is ok

Shocking that omar hardwick and loretta devine did such a low budget film. I like the plot but I think they could of picked the actor from luke cage or the actor who played as spawn

I totally enjoyed this movie, I was actually surprised! It's inspiring for those returning home from incarceration trying to start their lives over in the same old environment. Crosses all barriers.
