Great seat for a tall harnessed seat.

Zero head slump for sleeping kids. Our car seat is straight up and down, but the seat allows for a slight recline. It’s a lot easier to climb into than a Nextfit, because the sides are lower and the seat edge is lower too. (The Nextfit seems to curve up, as it’s known as a “C” shaped seat.) The MyFit has a pretty flat seat so kids can climb up easy. My 5 year old, 45” tall and 45lbs daughter loves it. As does her two year old, 43” 39lbs sister (who’s pictured above sneaking a ride in her sister’s new seat.) The straps slide really easily and don’t bother her neck at all.

Excellent car seat for my 3.5 year old! I have a tall but tiny one who wants to “do it herself”, so that’s what prompted my move from the Nextfit to the Myfit. She feels like she’s in a big girl seat with all the comforts of a booster seat, but with all the safety of Chicco and a 5-point harness. I love that this will be the last seat she ever needs. Not as cushy as the Nextfit, but still uses the memory foam for cushion. It looks great, isn’t bulky (like our Britax Frontier), and for the price this is a great seat! When comparing to the Frontier, the install still requires you to crawl in and out of the seat for a proper install, so Britax Clicktight still holds the “easiest install” award, but my DD seems just as comfy in her Chicco. Very, very easy to move height up and down!

My daughter was SO excited to upgrade to a harnessed booster vs a convertible car seat. At about 4ft tall and 48lbs, she was happy to get to pick one in a color she loved. I was happy to see incredible ratings, a harness that works until 65lbs, and a sale!
When the seat arrived, she plopped in it and fell in love. What four year old wouldn’t love this, especially with the dual cup holders! I started buckling her in, and she immediately began complaining of discomfort. The only position she liked sitting in was full reclined. Easy solution. Except if wasn’t. The fully reclined position wouldn’t work in our car, so we had to straighten it more.
She adapted and used the seat, complaining of discomfort whenever she got in. It was a constant struggle to get her buckled due to hating the shoulder straps. She did say the seat itself was soft. As a child who crosses her legs when she rides, she also disliked the arm rests, claiming they hurt her legs.
Finally, after close to two weeks of use, she said she’d rather go back to her car seat. As a Graco My Size 65, it should continue to work well for us. We were just excited for a seat that would be easier to get in/out of and look more “mature” for her.
Oh well! Thankfully, with Amazon’s free return, this will be going back. I do greatly appreciate that service.
