I can’t get enough of these books. Clay has appeared in other books of this series and was excited to see he gets his HEA! Clay has always been a little jaded about the men finding their women in difficult situations and their love happens during these times. He states that he wants a normal ordinary relationship but Clay is no ordinary man. Raised in a chaotic household he has strong feelings about romance. During an outing to a symphony, he is captured by Christina who is a violinist. Clay loves music and no just symphonies but an eclectic variety. Christina is a violinist who loves the violin but also a diversity in her music. She is talented, smart and driven to find a balance in her life that wasn’t their in her childhood. Christina is a light and love to Clay that he needs but as drama and life unfolds he is caught between his heart and his thoughts. This book is an awesome story and well worth reading!

Maryann Jordan, another great addition to the Lighthouse series and can’t wait for the next one. You take a simple romance story and weave in live, drama and intrigue and so many emotions that we all can relate to at one time or another and leave us happy! This book will have you picking it up, tuning out your own life and escaping to where the story takes you.

Clay absolutely did not want to find a woman while on a mission well be careful what you wish for because Ms. Jordan has put a spin on it. Clay as it turns out loves music and that love of music brings him to Christina. Christina is drama-free but she does have a secret and will Clay still be entranced by this violin playing beauty when he finds out? Will she be worthy of a Keeper?

Ms. Jordan's characters are strong, both the men and the women they love. I enjoy that the women aren't necessarily badass but they are not damsels in distress either. I enjoyed getting to know Christina and how passionate she is about her music and the joy it brings to others. Clay has flaws and while he is protective, he is also a bit insecure. It makes the characters real and believable.

I enjoy going back to Maine to see what the Keepers are up to. There is never a dull moment and when Clay finds out that Christina unwittingly becomes part of the mission, all bets are off. Clay now knows what his fellow Keepers are talking about, well the ones that have significant others. All how the mighty fall and boy Ms. Jordan makes it fun to read about.

It includes drug cartels, motorcycle gangs, a crooked political operative and a concert violinist. Coupled with an gripping storyline that includes a delightful romance and it all makes for a fabulous reading experience. Every time I finish one of Maryann's books I am so happy to have read it.

Clay wants what his fellow Keepers have...a loving relationship but with one caveat. No drama! Little did he know that his love of music and attendance at a symphony concert would bring the woman of his dreams into his life. Christina is a tiny musical dynamo. She's both a concert violinist and a Celtic music vixen wrapped up in an alluring package. Together they fall fast and hard for each other. But, things get murky when she gets caught up in one of LSI's investigations and blows Clay's "no drama" caveat to pieces.

While him and the guys are leaving, he hears a violin player that has his attention but is drug away by his teammates. He loves to attend the symphony and once again, a violin solo has his attention.
Christina plays with the symphony. She also teaches. She wanted something different than her parents. She is kind of stunned by the man standing there looking at her.
Clay and Christina have been meeting after the symphonies and getting to know each other. Clay doesn't know what to think at first when he sees her at the Celtic festival. She had kept that little secret from him.
During the investigation Clay is working on, Christina is kind of on the outside. He is confused how much to tell her. When her life is on the line, will he get to her in time?

Therefore, he never wanted to meet a woman on a mission like the rest of his Lighthouse coworkers had. But of course, things didn't go his way. After meeting Christina, a concert violinist, Clay thought he'd found a nice, safe woman. Unfortunately, she gets tangled up in his current investigation and puts herself in danger. Another Keeper to the rescue!
The way Clay loves Christina spoke to me. His respect for her and her music was beyond sweet. And the respect she shows him right back for his job shows what a powerhouse couple they could be together. This Lighthouse book had less action than previous books in this series, but the interaction between Clay and Christina makes up for it. We also see more of past and future Keepers as they rush to help Clay and Christina.

I always a get excited for a new Maryann Jordan book and this was no exception. Clay has always craved a quiet, simple relationship. No histrionics just getting to know a woman without the drama that the other Keepers went thro. So when he meets Christina he’s delighted to be able to do all the things as he wanted. Nothing ever stays simple tho and his investigation with the FBI crosses over with his life. Keeping Christina safe and unaware is a challenge but as always his buddies have his back. This book takes on a life of its own. Intrigue, drama and suspense keep you enthralled. The love is evident but not flashy. Their chemistry is hot, but their connection is all love. Wonderful book and series.

I really enjoyed this tale in the Lighthouse Security Series.
