Just a couple of downfalls which I strongly feel need to be mentioned are: 1) If you are not an American citizen, then the laws and regulations expressed in this book will most likely differ from the ones in your own country. Regardless, though, it is still an informative, and necessary, read, as it teaches you the meanings of the different terms. 2) One of the features of the book are links to clips of media examples where copyright issues came up. DO NOT WATCH THEM! Although some are okay, the vast majority I have had to black out in the book so that I don't accidentally look them up again in the future. This is purely because it contained unrestricted pornographic content which I find to be both revolting and offensive to the dignity of the human person. Thus as a result of these two things, but especially the latter, I have taken away two stars from my rating of this work.
